Wiz is an incredible tool for vulnerability management
What do you like best about the product?
The wiz app is very intuitive and has better features compared to the competition. it is very easy to use , is SSO enabled. Has been very diligent in protecting the cloud environment of our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
limited resources and doumentation are available for understanding and building skills in using Wiz. Cross platform usage is something that needs to be improved as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
security assessment has been simplified due to Wiz. It enables scheduling scans reducing manual effort. It helps with compliance and also helps track unauthorized softwares
Good tool to use in work
What do you like best about the product?
All the training and information is there, I can easily increase my own knowledge. Tool is also very friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about WIZ, one improvement I can suggest is to create an option to create a Tag for Non-Mitigable vulenrabilities to easily detect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intead of using multiple tools for all the work we require to perform, WIZ is very helpful on having all of them in a single tool.
Clear Data Flows with Detail
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can start from the high-level data flow from the source of PII in a database to where it exits then drill down to examine each piece. Being able to put together the entire puzzle helps diagnose the risk of exploits for the layers of security and impact of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues drilling down with a lot of overlap of the panels and it was difficult to tell which link on the page would show the entire page when I was sharing it with other members on my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping me identify PII in our cloud environment and asses the risk it adds to our vulnerabilities. Generally, data mapping to know the flow of data is the most difficult part Wiz solves.
Amazing tool for cloud security management
What do you like best about the product?
We as team enjoying the product CNAPP and loving the visibility that it provides around configuration issues and other vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific as such. However, have a suggestion if Wiz can provide an option to create a custome role for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a centralized solution for cloud security security requirement whether its CSPM, compliance, CWPP, visibility to attack surface etcetera. It helps in proactively detecting and fixing security issues in cloud environment.

we scan our infrastructre using this tool after that wiz will giveus vulunerable packages so accordingly we update those packages in the porcess of patching

we are not able to see Remediation feature from our side

give us vulnerable package name list so we can update those packages accordingly
Amazed at the Wiz capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I specifically like how granular Wiz can get with our cloud environment and allow app teams to see where issues are. We have the ability to send links from the page we are looking at to app teams to review and that is a huge win and capability other vendors do not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Wiz is some of the complexity in navigating between different aspects of the product. Navigation screens could be made a little easier to help alleviate the complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping us to solve high priority issues that we find and work with our app and engineering teams to ensure compliance and managing issues and vulnerabilities within our environment.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Everything you need to know about your cloud env. in one place.
2. Combining all those details together to show you misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, excessive permissions and so much more, really provies the extra mile when you need to prioritize and build a remediation plan.
3. The attitude of the team, and the fact that they really listen to users, which leads to almost daily (!!) release of new features and updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only missing part is for issues that have been resolved and now I cannot see them anymore and learn from the original issue and what I did to repair it. You really notice it when an issue re-appear and you wished you had that info to re-fix it the same way or do something else so it won't re-appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud security end-to-end. We reviewed several CNAPP platforms, focusing on entitilement, workloads in general and containers specifically, data, etc. and we found Wiz gives more than you need for each of those, and so much more. In some of those, it's probably the best and in the others it's much more than average, closing in on the best in market, and usually withing a few weeks you see them closing gaps and becoming leaders. We lvoed that pace of releasing and covering more and more over time. A platform to grow up with!
Simple UI and setup
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is a tool that can change the way you see your infrastructure. There is minimum setup time and everything is automated to create report, maps, threat assessment and compliance. By using the map function, you can find some part of your infrastructure that was forgotten and sometime in a terrible shape : EOL, deprecated software, security issues...
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a small / medium business with a small budget for security, you may have to look for simpler / self-hosted solutions that can be a little more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding and analyzing the security of our infrastructure, but also all the relations between the VMs and tools that were deployed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, as much as I would appreciate more o11y features for example showing a historical graph with relation to meeting a particular compliance, the data is right there, and it will help to understand how our day to day work affect our compliance score
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance aligning before Wiz, when working on a compliance, I had to go the compliance release document, extract action items, and then excecute, with Wiz this all comes out of the box, and I only need to address actual action items

Great UI/UX expereince, Very organized and clear to understand and prioritize what your organization need to do.

External Exposure can be better organized and discovered, there is no option to "disable" certain resources from scanning and billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to understand where your pitfalls are and what should be addressed and prioritized first.
