What do you like best about the product?
What we like most is that it's becoming a whole cloud platform rather than a specific solution

The queries can take some time to understand, but once you get the hang of it, it's very straightforward

Wiz helps us find vulnerabilities and issues in multi-cloud environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz gave me the visibility and capabilities to review, investigate, and mitigate my cloud env.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us a bit of effort to connect all the connector wiz has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud vulnerability, visibility, and protection.
All-in-one security posture
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralize most of the security activities in one tool makes it helpful to avoid spending resources usually required to maintain multiple.
The querying engine is really helpful in understanding the scope of what's mostly being affected.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I mentioned the querying engine, I'm not fond of graphql. It took me a while to get used to it.
Reporting could also take in a bit more work, but I honestly haven't used enough to tell exactly what.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet the compliance and security requirements while making them easily go hand-in-hand with each other.

One-click visibility!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the simplicity of using Wiz is its most vital point. With a few clicks, we managed to have complete visibility of all our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is painful to wait 24 hours when we need to rescan multiple connectors/subscriptions ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility of internal cloud assets. With Wiz, we can understand where we need to move our efforts to better protect our company.

Given the current direction of the technology industry, there has been a recent scramble for vendors to shift gears from traditional network security insights towards visibility of security risks in multi-cloud environments.
There are now many tools available on the market that provide cloud security insights and posture management, but only a handful have been built from the ground-up for this purpose. Fewer still have been designed with useability as a foundational principle.
Wiz avoids the pitfalls of overt complexity, providing a best-in-class security risk management platform that is simple to deploy, easy to navigate and affordable, whilst at the same time providing complete visibility of your cloud technology stack.

There is very little to dislike. Experience has shown that the Wiz platform is constantly evolving to meet the needs of security professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contextualisation of cloud security risks is a constant challenge. The cloud platform providers typically align security advisories with best practices without any understanding of the environment. This can lead to saturation and, at worst, desensitisation amongst non-security professionals, impacting ongoing security engagement. Wiz provides context based on the configuration of your cloud environment, reducing the pressure on the security function to translate vulnerability data into tangible risks. The Wiz graph is invaluable in this regard.

Wiz provides a holistic view of all infrastructure.

Ability to not add all required (read/write)custom cloud events and notifications based on those events

I can review my infrastructure using wiz, It's benefiting me by keeping my infra patched from the latest vulnerabilities and keeping an eye on what is going public.

Firstly, Wiz's layout and general functionality is exceptional. The presentation of dashboards and graphs are easy to interpret, not only by cloud/security engineers.
Gain in-depth visibility across all assets operating within your cloud environments (for us, across AWS, Azure & GCP). 'Explorer' allows you to build/use preset queries to locate assets or specific findings in no time.
'Security Graph' allows you a visually pleasing, top-down view of the network relationships of your cloud assets and their link to the outside world, helping to map out and mitigate external exposure related threats.
Findings are rich with detail, appropriately risk-rated, and remediation recommendations help resolve the issue fast, in some cases, by providing the necessary code to do so.
Wiz integrated perfectly into our ticketing/alert systems allowing us to delegate findings to other teams while staying abreast of any critical or high-severity findings as they are detected.
The team at Wiz are fantastic! Any support response has been quick and thorough. Their presentations/demos were engaging and personalized to our business needs.

Customization feature for dashboards would be helpful for clients to create their own reports using tiles

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz allows us complete insight into the issues we need to address within our cloud environments while facilitating collaboration with other teams responsible for remediation. Wiz's presentation of findings helps us to focus our efforts on areas that most need attention, reducing alert fatigue and allowing us to take a proactive approach to cloud security.

Easy to use first glance desktop. Powerful search tools. Rapid deployment of security updates and new tools.

Some times the query language changes and queries don't work right.

Single pane of glass view of a broad cloud ecosystem. Easy integration into existing reporting tools to get rapid closure of issues.
Excellent CSPM (and beyond)
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is a security engineering force multiplier. I like the attention to detail Wiz has put into their risk identification logic. I do not worry about them missing important misconfigurations. I love the prioritization that the platform can deliver. This combination allows security engineers to focus on the areas where they add the most value and not have to drive operational remediation work. The process-focused compliance group can largely run remediation efforts based on the priority set by Wiz.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Wiz is great, but it can take some time to get used to its graph query language structure. It would be nice if Wiz could offer faster and more frequent rescans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, Wiz is helping us drive prioritized remediation efforts across our cloud footprint. Wiz is even helping us scale our compliance group since development teams can use the tool to see only the issues relevant to their work.
