Seamless, Straightforward, Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is always looking for new and unique ways to improve an organizations cloud security posture. The amount of helpful features that are pumped into the product on a consistent basis is amazing. The application itself is very easy to navigate and does a great job contextualizing vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes get overwhelming if you're not staying on top of new features and releases. One day you'll log in and certain features have been moved or renamed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When i first started at my company, we had a slew of vulnerabilites that we had a hard time contextualizing. This made prioritization of the vulnerabilities tough because we were unsure of which issue would give us the most turn in on results once resolved. Once we impemented Wiz into our space, prioritization became a breeze. Not only that, but we were able to see a greater picture on the vulnerabilties we had in the cloud. The unknows became known and we knew where our weaknesses lied, along with how to fix them.
New Features like Wiz Code, the advancement of CI/CD and IaC scanning also helped us with our DevSecOps and Container Vulnerability Management objectives.

The most responsive and easily intergrated CNAPP platform on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Wiz was complete in under an hour. Customer support is extremely responsive and is able to assist without having to escalate across multiple departments. The platform is simple to use by even low level engineering staff and the options for managing platform RBAC are second to none. The API explorer is an incredible feature for custom development and the integrations with third party platforms are second to none. We sincerely appreciate the time they've spent in assisting us with implementation services and support.

Nothing notable, only positive experiences.

As a security focused enterprise, Wiz helps solve visibility and detection within our cloud environments.
Cloud Security Platform thats easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very intiuitive. You can learn the platform quickly and acheive a secure configuration of your cloud environment in weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. So far it has only solved problems. It has made more work for our cloud engineers.

Cloud platforms offer a massive amount of services and they can be challenging to secure. Wiz makes it visual and easy to implement a secure cloud environment.

Wiz is a great choice for organizations looking to enhance their cloud security posture with minimal disruption. Its agentless design, actionable insights, and integration capabilities make it a standout platform in the crowded cloud security space.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of inflexibility in licensing. It's not possible to use underused workload licenses for the Wiz Code, but it's all according to the T&C.

Efficient Vulnerability management
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz's vulnerability scanning is an invaluable tool for safeguarding our cloud environments. Its seamless integration, clear reporting, and proactive detection capabilities make it remarkably user-friendly. The Wiz team has also been increadibly helpful with the onboarding and feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz is still missing some nice to have features. but they have devloped a bunch of features in the short time we have used the solution so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz enables our security team to focus on high priority issues and minimize the time we have to spend on less prioritiezed actions
The best cloud security tool available!
What do you like best about the product?
We have a small InfoSec team and the new AI additions have made things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz has improved their licensing and we're able to get better value. I would say to them to keep working on improving the licensing model. This is important for Wiz to stay competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is addressing our need to monitor, detect and report on issues found in our cloud environment. Additionally, it is scanning our resources in the cloud for any vulnerabilities found and any resources that do not meet cloud security best practices (compliance).
We love Wiz!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Wiz is the Issues system. Toxic combinations of different finding types, which make it easy to prioritize the most severe/important issues and tackle them first.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the reporting could be improved. You can't export a hard file, it has to be a link that takes you into the platform, so anyone wanting to view the file has to have Wiz access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us find problems in multiple areas, and showing us the issues we should tackle first. Also, I love the Journey/Champion Center features, which walk you through deployment to ensure you get everything setup. It's a nice self-updating checklist.

Wiz provides clear visibility into cloud risks without unnecessary noise. It simplifies vulnerability prioritization, making it easy for my team to focus on critical issues first. The UI is intuitive, and its proactive approach aligns with my focus on staying ahead of threats

There’s nothing I actively dislike about the Wiz platform. However, I do wish Wiz would expand into the SSPM space, as I believe it would complement their existing offerings well. That said, it’s not a major drawback that this feature isn’t available yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping us tackle sprawling cloud infrastructure by providing clear visibility into misconfigurations, externally exposed assets, and vulnerabilities across our environments. It allows us to quickly identify and remediate risks that could otherwise be missed, ensuring our cloud posture remains secure and compliant. This level of insight and prioritization significantly reduces the time and effort needed to manage cloud security at scale
A cloud security tool for everyone, from developers to CISOs
What do you like best about the product?
Above all, the simple integration into the cloud platforms is very convenient. Wiz is cloud agnostic and is therefore a very good fit for us.
Wiz also has a very good overview and allows you to drill down across different levels. This makes it very pleasant to use and is very informative. The evaluation from a finding to an issue supports prioritization enormously and helps us as an organization to focus on the essential issues. Wiz is also very fast at displaying emerging threats in the platform and showing the risks to our resources. A big plus from the SOC / CISO perspective.
The ability to organize cloud resources in projects, which in turn can be controlled granularly via RBAC and provided with dedicated integrations, makes Wiz a tool that we have been able to introduce very well throughout the entire IT organization.
The support from Wiz is good and fast. We receive quick feedback and good support on our tickets.
The further development of the platform should be emphasized. The features that Wiz had when we introduced it were already great and in the 2 years Wiz has developed enormously. So fast that we can't keep up with introducing these features in the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz is a little weak when it comes to reporting functions for management. The dashboard functions are basically good and clear, but more suited to techies. So far, we have not been able to create any reports for management without exporting and otherwise preparing data. If there were more options here in the future, that would be another plus for Wiz.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz gives us a central overview of cloud assets, their configuration, findings in the assets, how they are related to each other and what risks are associated with them. This helps us to prioritize problems and harden the cloud. There are also threat detection and forensic features. With Wiz, we can manage the security of our cloud from a single tool.
