Very good tool to keep an eye on all security scopes of the infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
It does cover a lot of differents scopes of public cloud platform, and higlights flaws that we wouldn't have investigate on. Having also compliance reports does help not only investigate current issues but also to see beyond and prepare for future certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through panels when digging on a issue can be really heavy, and it's not always the smoothest experience.
Remediation steps are really for manual steps, and maybe pointing on more IAC solutions could help users building more reliable platform, instead of just fixing by throwing cli into a terminal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIZ does help us to have a complete overview about what is running on our Platform, and sometimes highlights zombies components that we weren't aware of. By having that global vision, we do feel that we have the control of what is running, and how.

I like how easy it makes find resources in our AWS accounts (we have over 100 accounts), be generating a query.
The UI is mostly user friendly and easy to use and understand.

Sometimes it's difficult to understand how come we have so many more issues then the day before.
Some of the vaulnerabilities showed are sometimes not real and needs to some manual work to get to the buttom of it.

It's easier to ditect our publicly exposed endpoints, buckets etc.
We can reach the dev teams with the findings we find in their accounts in a simple way with a good visability and understanding of the issue.

The issues and the solution that is provided via graph view. The top issues and controls that are provided.

The issues are not present inCloud configuration findings or vulnerabilities

Its providing us with the issues and top exposure issues of the accounts onboarded

Wiz has an excellent user interface that is very intuitive. It shows the most critical aspects of security issues for all types of IT assets.

Wiz displays a multitude of security issues, and while there are severity scores to these issues, we found there is a high rate of false positives, and the severity score can't always be relied upon

Managing cloud security is an extremely tough challenge. There is an immense complexity involved, many different types of assets that constantly change. Wiz helps managing this complexity by displaying all aspects of what is happening in the cloud

some of the alerts are false positive. mainly PII exposure

Wiz interface is a really user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate
under the compliance tab extensive library of security policies and compliance checks are available such as NIST, MITRE, and ISO which can be used to strengthen the cloud security posture.

looking for features that will block the malicious process during run time instead of alert so it will be more proactive during cyber attacks

Security checks help us to maintain a strong security posture by continuously monitoring for misconfigurations and vulnerabilities following the available framework. Alos it helps to scan the environment to identify and fix the vulnerabilities
