What do you like best about the product?

eFax makes it so easy to fax documents from anywhere using a phone or computer. All you need is a fax number and an email account. All we had to do was link the efax account with our software, click on an eFAX button, and choose a contact with a fax number, and off it goes. No need to have a physical fax machine anymore. You can also receive faxes directly to your inbox. You'll also receive a confirmation email that the fax was or was not successful.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have no dislikes for this service. I have used it for many years directly from my software which integrates with it. It makes my job a breeze.
