Scalability at the Speed of Business
What do you like best about the product?
The mapless model allows us to scale at the speed of the business instead of the speed of our limited Dev Team. We work with a large number of partners that frequently change the format of the data we receive but we have no issues keeping up with the ease of updating the read.
What do you dislike about the product?
The model is very fluid. It does require more rework than we had expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a quickly changing landscape if Customers and uppliers that we need to quickly scale and automate the processing of Documents. The Mapless Model allows us to scale and adjust very quickly to add new Suppliers and Customers. We are able to scale our document count without scaling our headcount.
Maximizing Efficiency: Reducing Processing Time with Innovative OCR Models
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which an OCR model can be setup and the speed in which the data is extracted and downloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to customize user access at the model level, currently I am only able to grant access to all models for a given user. In my initial onboarding, a comprehensive overview of the product and the initial requirements for the setup of a model were not provided, representative was not prepared for the first call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of excessive manual data entry and the resulting staff capacity issues.
Outstanding support, but a bit of a black box
What do you like best about the product?
The support provided by the team is exceptional. They are willing and able to jump on calls and iterate on issues until they work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the models are a bit of a black box. There are issues that crop up randomly and for some reason can not be fixed, even when feeding in extremely consistent documents that are from machine sources (e.g. bank statements directly from a bank's website in PDF format).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We process a large amount of banks statements to underwrite customers for loans, Nanonet allows us to reliably extract this data.

The tool is intuitive, saving us significant time and ensuring that no critical data is missed. It’s an excellent solution for anyone dealing with large volumes of PDF data. Additionally, the customer support team has always been quick to respond, ensuring that every question is fully addressed.

Automated OCR
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation capabilities, it has made the process much smoother and quicker for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was the Model there was a higher than expected error ratio, the system would still scan even though it was the wrong location or incorrect text. After working with the support team they have imporved this so we have amuch higher correct scan percentage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with the system scanning altrnate text when the scan destination was empty. After working with the support team they were able to corretc the system so that it would scan the area even if it was blank. We needed the b;ank info more than the erounius scan.
Easy. Flexible. Customer Oriented
What do you like best about the product?
The setup of the system on our site was seamless, thanks to the assistance provided by the Nanonets team. They guided us through the comprehensive process of building, pre- and post-processing our files to achieve the best output. The system interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate across models and files, whether they are in recognition or already recognized. It's important to mention that the customer support is top-notch; they promptly respond to any reported issues and address them as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some not-really critical issues with recognition since our case requires some correction of files provided in the pre-processing stage. Sometimes, it is too many emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recognition of damaged excise stamps to build the data set data provided to governance. The main benefit is speeding up the process of processing data, which helps us save time for other things.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for all users. Easy implementation process and good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real cons to Nanonets. OCR has come a long way and Nanonets is always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive PDF documents and manually entered them. Needed a service that would help automate the document entry.

What do you like best about the product?
We have reduced the time it takes for data entry by 30%. Great add to automate this process for our small sized business. It works with even complex medical records.

I wish there were a real-time chat or text platform to connect with our reps.
