Very helpful and happy to explore bespoke usecases.
What do you like best about the product?
The team was very eager to learn about our potential use cases and understand our business which was really beneficial and enabled us to create bespoke automation. They were very thorough but picked up knowledge of our company quickly, the end product has significantly increased productivity and efficiency within our organisation. As a result, we are expanding our projects with Nanonets as we feel they are a vital part of the company's evolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. If there are ever any errors in the systems they have built these are rectified on the same day, usually within a couple of hours at most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nanonets have made labour-intensive manual processes seamless, fast & accurate.
Good Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets customer support was very good. The team and in particular, Manoj, helped us get our models up and running and was available to help us troubleshoot problems which was invaluable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Nanonets was a factor for us as we are a accounting service provider. Nanonets is more cost effective for businesses with larger volumes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
extraction of financial data from documents, particularly bank statements
Time saving and useful AI programme
What do you like best about the product?
This takes the human error factor out of checking documentation information in a very quick efficient and easy way...i'll certainly be recommending we use this more often at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite pricey but you pay for what you get!

No problem just a solution for quick checking

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Nanonets is the support team. Rohan and team are always on top of any request or new feature that we need to continue to serve our clients in the best way. Far surpassing any of the other services we have worked with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no strong dislike of the platform due to the service team having fixed any issue we encounter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nanonets is able to reference our significant list of unique product lines and assign them to the correct GL in Quickbooks and other systems. All while maintaining above 90% accuracy without our team having to touch anything. It has saved us countless hours of data entry.

We were able to customize our solution without having to disposable a lot of time from our internal engeneers. It also has an european server which is great for european customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some initial flaws in model that were eventually resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Line item cost analysis. Parsing vendor invoices allows for real time auditing of vendor costs and volume.
Great product and customer support. - 10/10 would recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets helps us to automate data extraction for a number of different document types, primarily related to chemical analysis results. The tool accommodates lot's of model configuration opportunities to handle new document formats quickly. New feature / improvement requests are typically handled within a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about at this point. A startup programm with a lower price tier would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets boasts an intuitive interface and robust machine learning capabilities. Its API integration is seamless, and the continuous learning model ensures improvement over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Model Capacity, sometimes the neural network gets confused with each object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving manually input different types of invoices from various vendors to our ERP system. Now with Nanonets, some vendors' invoices with large volumes are automatically extracting the required information and fulfilling into ERP.
Best OCR/AI tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Both API and the App are very user friendly. The CS team replies very quickly to any issues or suggestions we have and the Workflow tool is very easy to use. Just love everything the tool offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't see any. Nanonets offers plenty of great tools that enables some great features on our system and the integration with them runs smoothly. We use this tool for almost a year now without running into any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two features in our system that uses Nanonets. The first one is AP Invoices reconciliation and the second one is RFQ reconciliation, both very important features in our sotware.
