Very Easy to Use and a Great OCR
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to start with and the Accuracy level is quite high. I used it for collecting data from invoices and the result was quite precise. The Support team is also responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Major, There should be more visibility of this product among Users. I was introduced to it by one of my professors. The team should promote more. Some Sample models will also help newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on analyzing invoices so that we can extract information from them and store them in databases automatically. It was a part of a large-scale automation process. The best thing I benefitted from using Nanobots was the accurate determination of data from the bills. The OCR and AI are of awesome standard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth my time. The product precision is quite high.
NANONET PACKS A PUNCH!
What do you like best about the product?
The whole setup process was very simple. We used it as a part of our university project and I could not believe how simple it was to use it. Very easy user interface and even a non-technical background person could use it for the project easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem was you need a high processing power computer. My old HP notebook took a little longer than I would have liked for the processing to be completed. However, the results made the wait worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to extract bill data from various invoices that the university received. Some of it were handwritten and some others, quite old. Manual segregation was not physically possible, hence Nanonets came to the rescue.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can automatize many processes and connect it with other software. It was very useful the OCR for example. Also I like the learning process, it's so acuratte.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe at the beginning its kind of tricky to learn how to use the tools so you have to read a lot of documentation. I think maybe some YouTube Tutorials could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to re-name many PDF files based on its content. In normal situation I rename them one by one but with Nanonets I save a lot of time with just one click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the documentation. They have done a really good job by writing down how to use their software.
The Best PDF Data Extractor Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets made it really easy to extract hundreds of pages of PDF's in the click of a button. It is intuitive and already knew the data I wanted to extract.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about using their software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nanonets helped me solve a large-scale forensic accounting puzzle while saving me thousands of dollars and many hours of data entry.

The best part is easy to use. I have used this software to teach my students and students liked it like anything.

They should provide some test data so that newcomers can try it.

Best place to find different OCR models with higher accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets is one of the best OCR software I have ever used. I really like this platform the most because of its high accuracy models. I am very happy for using this platform into our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any reason to dislike the platform. The features this platform provides are excellent, and I would recommend this platform to everyone who needs to automate the data extraction process from various documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for automating the KYC Onboarding process for our customers, and filling in address details and other information is a time-consuming process. But this platform has improved our users' onboarding experience, and we are happy to integrate it into our system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its feature to create the models very easily and also the availability of pre-available models. I used this software while doing OCR of a document and I was able to do it very accurately with the help of the model I created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I did not like was that there could have been a better first-time login experience as well as better Guides to help the new users, new users are not quite able to use software efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the Nanonets for OCR purposes and scanning of work documents from images. It worked flawlessly and I was amazed at perfect results. Its ML algorithm and data are very accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try using it for a bit more time even if you are not able to understand it instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that Nanonets had an easy, intuitive but full-featured interface. Upon first uploading a PDF of tabular data, it was very accurate but gave many options for preparing and editing the results in-place. I was very impressed by the support for granularly editing column by column what was extracted. But what was more pleasing was that I did not have to make that many edits to the extracted data. It's OCR seems very well tuned.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive for a single user. It would be nice to have an intermediate pricing option for infrequent usage or fewer seats. However, I can see this being a good investment at an enterprise level, where you have many users or have a lot of data to extract on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A data owner sent my organization data that was locked in a PDF form that could not even be copy and pasted. Tools I've used in the past to extract the tables did not do a good job at all. Nanonets got it almost right on the first pass. It was very easy to use and again, it 'just worked'
The state of the art of OCR models
What do you like best about the product?
The model performs very well in OCRing documents with different languages. I tested it using medium and low-quality images that contain different languages(English and Arabic), and it provided fantastic results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I just wish it could automatically detect documents from images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was stuck with OCRing documents that contained different languages and found that Nanonets is able to perform these tasks accurately.

One of the best softwares I've used to automate data entry. Better accuracy than most solutions, team is responsive and helpful

Custom requests are possible and integrable but require time cycles

Vast amount of data needs to be read from documents and stored in a readable format, Nanonets helps by automating this process, algorithm accuracy is high, saves time
