What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes user access, tracks consent, and logs activity clearly. SSO and MFA make authentication secure, and reporting tools help us stay compliant with regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the dashboard takes time to load, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to access information quickly. Additionally, integrating custom applications requires extra work, which can be cumbersome and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IBM Verify CIAM for managing user identity and access security, providing full visibility on access, reducing unauthorized access risks, simplifying audits, and easing onboarding with strong security controls like MFA and SSO.

It lets users log in once and access all apps securely. SSO and MFA work well, and the system integrates smoothly with other tools. Reporting helps keep track of access and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can take time, and the admin dashboard seems a bit slow. Additionally, the documentation can be too technical for new users.

Single sign-on and multi factor authentication work well and reduce login friction for users. Good SDKs and integration options for web and mobile apps, which helps when you have custom apps to protect.

Initial setup and configuring OIDC/OAuth flows can be time consuming for teams new to enterprise IAM.

It centralizes identity and access so users sign in once and get secure access to applications. That cut password related tickets, improved onboarding/offboarding, and raised overall security through MFA and adaptive controls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to add apps that makes it easy to login into many tools with one account and working from different devices possible.

I don’t have an issue with it for now, it is really working well at each use.

What do you like best about the product?
Good for security, easy to use and access all my requested accesses, and its strong focus on MFA creates for a smooth work experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. When it updated, I'd have to reorganize all of my apps in the App center.

Quick to login into all my work apps from one place and it helps me to protect the authentication process.

It is a well thought out product which helps with compliance and it is a leading identity management product. You have great help from IBM Support and the Expert Labs if needed. It has out-of-the-box adapters for a lot of products and if not; you can create your own integrations easily as well.

Learning curve is high, but once you get there you have great experience across enterprise.

It addresses many identity and access management issues around authentication and authorization. Traditional systems are prone to too many attacks and it helps modernizing the security around authentication. It makes user provisioning, de-provisioning and role based access controls an ease.
