Very reliable for access controls and security
What do you like best about the product?
Good for security, easy to use and access all my requested accesses, and its strong focus on MFA creates for a smooth work experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. When it updated, I'd have to reorganize all of my apps in the App center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick to login into all my work apps from one place and it helps me to protect the authentication process.
As a business partner for IBM, IBM Verify is one of the best tools you can approach a customer with.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a well thought out product which helps with compliance and it is a leading identity management product. You have great help from IBM Support and the Expert Labs if needed. It has out-of-the-box adapters for a lot of products and if not; you can create your own integrations easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is high, but once you get there you have great experience across enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses many identity and access management issues around authentication and authorization. Traditional systems are prone to too many attacks and it helps modernizing the security around authentication. It makes user provisioning, de-provisioning and role based access controls an ease.

I really like how seamless and secure the authentication process is. The platform makes it easy to manage user access while maintaining strong security controls. Sometimes the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially if you're new to IBM’s ecosystem. The documentation could be a little more detailed in certain areas, and support responses can occasionally take time. However, once everything is properly set up, it runs very reliably.

IBM Verify CIAM helps us manage user identities securely across multiple applications without compromising on convenience. It simplifies authentication through single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. It also helps us stay compliant with security policies and improves the overall user experience by making logins smoother and more consistent. This has saved us a lot of time on access management and reduced support tickets related to login issues.

The interface can feel a bit complex for new users, and the initial setup takes time because of the wide range of configuration options. Documentation could be more user-friendly, as it sometimes feels technical for non-specialist teams. Also, licensing costs can be on the higher side compared to some competitors.

Similarly, I can onboard DSP partners and grant scoped access to specific dashboards, enough for performance visibility, but without overexposing unrelated data. What do you like best about the product?
CIAM has better features then other authenticatore. it's been 2 month that I started to explore the IBM cloud an it's CIAM. I love the reliability with passwordlessa and biometric authentiation and risk scoring mechanism of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard looks and the navigations are little slow and The responsiveness and colour gradients are difficult to find the components.

Risk scoring will give the confidence that use can create the user or giving access to the any resources

IBM Verify CIAM only offers the free and demo trail for testing and it is a paid enterprise solution which price is based on the required factors
