Finds of using IBM Verify
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple levels of security via password, code, and links while login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time taking, due to multiple security checks, while I am in a hurry to log to an app/system/product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single paasword/login credentials, it helps as I don't have to remember many passwords.

If user have learnt how to implement this then it is very ease is to use.
Have lot of features and if the user got any issue than good support is there to handle the queries asked.

Learning of the same is very complex due to this it is not easy to implement.

i have used for password less authentication, many of employees did not remember their password.

Overall, IBM Verify CIAM is evolving to blend enterprise-grade access control with consumer‑grade UX and orchestration—delivering scalable, compliant, and intelligent identity models for both B2C and hybrid IAM use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Verify CIAM is praised for its robust security, but recent reviews note the admin dashboard is sluggish and feels outdated—slowing navigation and setup in real‑world use cases.Many teams new to identity management also find that configuring OIDC/OAuth flows is laborious, and the documentation—though technically comprehensive—is too dense without quick‑start guide.To sharpen its position—in particular for mid‑market CIAM deployments—Verify would benefit from refreshing its UX, adding onboarding wizards, expanding its prebuilt connector library, simplifying documentation, and improving support responsiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User can have a control on their data - knowledge to your data being used on platforms is always good , Consent is recorded and if rejected they are unable to use it incase they perform or use any data legal action can be taken which is really helpful for today's generation as everything is online as data is badly used for setting algorithms across multiple websites data is being transferred without knowing

I want this for Password less authentication.Because peoples forget their password then we need to reset their password

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool for secure login. easy to use, and I like how it works with different systems without any issue. The app is simple, and have multiple features like push notifications & QR codes that making logging in safe and quick. Its also great for every business because it gives real-time alerts and useful data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up at first can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not from technical background. The instructions can be clear in some parts. Also, after some updates, there are small bugs i faced that need fixing, but fixed it quickly. Overall, it’s a very reliable tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem which I faced is Authorization...So It helps by making logins more secure and protecting accounts from unauthorized access. It solves the problem of weak passwords by adding multi-factor authentication etc., This gives me relaxation & ensures my data stays safe while being easy to use.
