What do you like best about the product?
The management side is very supportive. Mangement will listen to your aspirations

Onsite aspiration will not fulfill here because they have their in-house products.

I was working on Product Control M, which many clients in mainframe use.

The most important thing I liked is speed, speed, and speed.

Nothing so far. We increased our ROI on automation so no side effects.

The mainframe developer functions are in a large range this is helpful but can confuse at the beginning, needs some time to introduce and learn.

What do you like best about the product?
I Karthik Balakrishnan personally used BMC Compuware Strobe while I was working for a big MNC Software Firm. My main purpose of using this tool was to do performance management and analysis for Mainframe Batch and Online applications to drilldown on any application inefficiencies causing excessive CPU consumption and prolonged application execution time. Used it also for monitoring SQL query performances as well. So the best thing I liked about Strobe was it helped a lot in troubleshooting and narrowing down on the exact query which was consuming more CPU
What do you dislike about the product?
None as such, the tool itself was well built and very user friendly

Devops is widely being used hence has a wide scope of improvement and stardarization. BMC brings niche industry expertise in Devops in its solution which helps companies onboard correctly on Devops.

Mainframe becoming a overhead to maintain, BMC should optimize the usage and have plug in play architecture and promote reliable developer community

What do you like best about the product?
Since majority of the companies are following Devops, hence BMC Compuware zAdviser will be game changer in rightly utilizing Best devops practices and it works towards improving it.

It should have integrations with Multi clouds like OCI,IBM ,Alibaba etc
