Especially after the new update, the website and workspace are a mess. There is never a chance to talk with real support; there is an AI chatbot (Seb) which is only there to send emojis and not provide any useful information. They added UdacityGPT, which is incapable of answering questions. They charge money per course per month, but they do not provide support within 72 hours. Nobody cares about you after you pay. I hope people will see this post before purchasing. Also, regarding reviewers, if they are busy, they don't care about you and can even refuse to review your project. For example, if you are near to repaying next month and close to finishing your project, reviewers will use up all the deadline and can make excuses to not check your project. If you ask for help from support, good luck – you have to wait at least 72 hours, which might only result in a response asking you a question in return.

In my capstone project, I shared my repo, code, and blog articles. In this course, I took lessons on coding and GitHub, but not on how to write articles, which makes sense because writing and sharing articles is a personal choice. In my project submission, the reviewer refused to do a review because they believe I shared too much code in the article, which definitely does not make sense. I am not sharing this article as a Udacity employee; this is my personal area and my personal choice. There was no rule in the project rubric stating that I can't share code in my article. The funny part is that, because of this, the reviewer did not do any review for my GitHub repo and code. I am here to learn coding and data science, which should be our primary goal, but this reviewer does not seem to care about this.

For now, I have clearly told the reviewer that it's my choice, and if there are any missing parts, they should address them in the review and provide me with some examples. Also, please help me understand the idea of making a perfect article if my code is not right. Let's say there is a critical mistake in my project; I would have to change the entire article. I don't understand this logic. After I wrote this to the reviewer, they are now purposely making me wait for the review and using up all the time for the deadline, which I have never experienced before at Udacity. This kind of approach is not cool, and their attempt to fool me is making me angry.

If you looking real time project with experienced reviewers they might be benefiting you.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is intuitive, easy to use, the courses I was able to do had, in addition to a very good theoretical explanation, it has some hands off labs that put the concepts to the test

What do you dislike about the product?

Cohort meeting times in nanodegree-type programs cannot be altered, and cannot always be attended, making it difficult to keep up if you already have other work commitments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The content of the courses are really good, the videos, exercises, everything is complemented to have an experience that really allows you to meet the learning objectives at your own pace, which is very important when you have other commitments, especially of the type labor.

The 4 projects covered various technologies, which will give a good start on the cloud devops career.

Training can be provided by any platform but giving access to sandboxes with the projects to do from scratch is really good in Udacity and will give us confidence while doing hands on in the devops techs.

Refresh time can be improved at times. Otherwise it's good.

Nano degree programs reduce the need to spend more time to gain expertise and focused programs help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?

I loved Udacity's projects as I felt they really pushed me to experience new educational boundaries that I was unfamiliar with before. I also enjoyed the content within the courses.

What do you dislike about the product?

I felt that some of the course instructors were hard to understand, or they didn't use enough visuals when speaking. I learn through doing and seeing and felt that Udacity could've made it more interactive during the learning modules. The small quizzes were helpful, but a lot of the time the answers were not easily found.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Udacity is helping me solve issues related to product management such as the principles of product management and data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the UI, the neutral colors, and the navigation is easier.

Sometimes when I am finished with the subject, it is still not marked done. Sometimes the videos do not play in the best resolution possible, and othertimes the videos refuse to play in fullscreen.

I am learning Data Analysis.

The support and help I got from community managers and other peers are excellent.

The materials are general basis and need to be more detailed, but I guess we can't cover all sides in one course

A plethora of courses ranging from Business, Analytics, Digital, Marketing and Engineering. The courses are tailor made catering towards your unique skill-set and aptitude.

What do you dislike about the product?

Could target more non traditional industrtries especially in trade related jobs. Nowadays trades and hobbies are becoming a better option for once career as they say all work and no play makes jack a dull boy!

Me and my team are exploring the possibilities of AI in healthcare and patient care related to EHR data. EHR data may have a wealth of hidden insights waiting to be explored!
