Udacity Course Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the platform is very user friendly, you can easily access all your courses and navigate through the material. Its easy to understand and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything relevant that I dislike, since I am using the company email I have nothing to complain about the prices or anything like that, It's been a wonderful experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a training platform, so it's helping me a lot with my tech development at power automate, power apps and SCRUM development. Doing these courses are crucial to get better at my job

Udacity have very relevant courses and it's dynamic make it easy to learn

The dynamic of videos and the practical parts, the quality of the teachers and materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we could have packages of courses with lower prices, it will keep you engaged on the platform, if you have to pay for each new course it makes you think and sometimes abandon the platform and takes longer to come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding of concepts like CI/CD and others that are basic for an organization that is growing with the IT new ways of working.

Reviewers are most helpful to me. With their constructive feedback, I can improve myself a lot.

I think some videos are too long and I can't focus. It'll be much better if the team can split any long-length video into shorter ones.

What do you like best about the product?
Udacity has a wide choice of courses in their catalogue to broaden your education. I undertook the course in Business Analytics and found it incredibly informative. The projects are marked quickly and constructive feedback is always given.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be an option to flag areas you are struggling with and have the ability to receive 1-1 coaching in this area for example the Business Analytics course I took required a good knowledge of Maths so people may struggle with that and require additional support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity is filling gaps in people's knowledge and improving digital/technical skills required for the modern workplace. My Excel skills have increased tenfold and have enabled me to be more productive at work.

Some Units should be checked much more regularly by Udacity to make sure that they are still up to date.
