It helps us manage our customers machines to assist them and manage the endpoints.
What do you like best about the product?
The patching is easier than most others out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be quirky with the tools. However, the team is always available and assists quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to use same tools across all of our customer endpoints so managing them is consistent.

A tool that provides a very comprehensive view of the devices. The patch management and inventory resources are very good, and they greatly facilitate daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have native integrations with other ManageEngine tools.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a combined tool which is a combination of the Antivirus, SCCM, Oravle Virtual Box and Mobile Device Management (MDM)

basically what i have checked and found is that this tool is not compatible with the servers as per my observation.

it is solving the problems of Image creation, OS deployment, patching

What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one tool which allows you to fully-manage your computers, and keep them up-to-date avoiding security breaches which could be used by malicious actors. See at a glance how secure your systems are.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some tasks the GUI could not being as much friendly as it should, and it has a little learning curve, but I think that's normal. Although the cost per computer is not very expensive, the price could be a problem in an environment with a lot of computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Manage Engine we can solve easily all the vulnerabilities our computers have, and we can be informed when some of them are not compliant with the latest OS and third party software updates.

endpoint management, remote support, remote desktop, remote install and patch management.
implementation and install was easy.
I didn't receive training but found it really easy to use.
plenty if option for integrating with other systems and integration with ManageEngine helpdesk was pretty easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
agent installation is a pain and I had to do it manually to avoid credential errors which were plenty. Customer support were helpful but I had an issue that ended up in me reinstalling my instance.
The Agent can be a bit heavy on the startup.

We can centrally Manage Endpoints and Deploy Patches for all invetoried endpoints.

Sometime get Agent-Server communication issues

Do not need to give efforts to do manual patching ManageEngine Endpoint Central Automates Deploy patches.
