Reliable CRM with Extensive Automation
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the lead scoring and nurture flow builder is the absolute standout. Being able to assign points to specific actions, like if a prospect downloads a white paper or attends a live session, allows us to prioritize our time effectively. The drag and drop nature of the campaign builder makes it easy to visualize the customer journey. I also really value the native SEO audit tool. It's aanice extra that lets us check our landing page performance and mobile responsiveness right within the platform without having to bounce back and forth between different plugins or third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit sluggish during peak usage hours. I've noticed some slow loading times when I'm trying to pull large, complex reports or when I'm deep into the HTML editor for a custom email template. This lag can be pretty frustrating when you're under a tight deadline to launch a campaign. Also, the interface is functional but definitely looks a bit dated compared to some of the sleeker, Silicon Valley startups. It's a powerful workhorse, but it doesn't always have that intuitive, modern snap that makes software a joy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Market automates lead handoff, fixes the disconnect between marketing data and sales follow-up, centralizes interactions, and improves visibility into campaign ROI. It transforms marketing from a cost center into a predictable revenue driver.
Robust Marketing Suite with Intuitive Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sugar Market's 'BI-Grade' Advanced Analytics because it uses a business intelligence engine that allows me to create highly visual, interactive dashboards and connects our marketing spend directly to revenue. I can see the complete 'path to purchase' and pinpoint which campaigns are the biggest revenue generators. The Nurture Builder's drag-and-drop interface makes creating complex logic with 'if-then' scenarios easy, like building with blocks. I also appreciate its native CRM integration, which offers a two-way sync, allowing me to see a lead’s entire marketing history directly inside the CRM's lead record. The all-in-one toolkit is a highlight as well, including tools for SEO audits, social media management, and Google Ads integration, all within the same platform I use for email. Plus, the pricing model that allows unlimited users and emails is fantastic as it encourages collaboration without worrying about additional costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Legacy' UI feeling is a bit dated, making navigation sometimes feel buried in menus, which can be intimidating for new users. The steep learning curve for advanced logic requires significant time investment and often needs dedicated training. Email asset management is cumbersome because you have to upload images to a library before using them, adding unnecessary 'busy work.' There is occasional sync latency, causing slight delays in the CRM that can be frustrating in fast-paced environments. Social and SEO tools, while included, aren't as deep as dedicated platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Market optimizes lead generation and nurturing with automated scoring and multi-step journeys, solves fragmented tools with an all-in-one console, and provides closed-loop reporting for ROI clarity. It streamlines campaign creation and enhances marketing and sales synergy.
Incredible Reporting & Easy Setup, Minor Traffic Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I find the reporting and profile setup in Sugar Market most useful and valuable. The reporting tool is incredible and easy to build, making it a simple and straightforward process. Setting up user profiles is also a breeze. The overall speed of the system ensures I can access the data I need without any lag. The initial setup with the quiz is smooth as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only take is, specific traffic limit limitation. Would like to see recurring revenue and greenfield opportunities checked separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sugar Market essential for tracking and moving the business along, solving issues with visibility and reporting friction.

Campaign Orchestration for brands we are keeping apart from the big brand catalogue, and out of our global solution, and it has proven that setting it up its easier than other tools we have tested
A truly disjointed and unintuitive system the likes of which I have never seen
What do you like best about the product?
Um. The fact that it technically sends emails and lets you build workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Market was inferior in almost every conceivable way to any other system I've used like Hubspot and SalesForce, or even Jotform. Building workflows, emails, and reports took SO many clicks, it was unbelievable. The biggest frustration was that lead data would only sync every 20 minutes, making it hard for our org to follow up on the leads at the speed they wanted to and causing ample strife between the marketing and salesops teams.
The support experience was also very strange - we worked with a trainer we loved who helped navigate us through the incredibly unintuitive system, but after a point she was taken away from us and we were given less responsive support people (seemingly because the company didn't want to spend as much support time with us even though it was necessary to even use the tool).
Sugar Market ended up being a yearlong time sink that wasted our team's time.

Sugar Market ended up being a yearlong time sink that wasted our team's time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theoretically we started using the tool to automate marketing efforts around lead collection and followup and email workflows, but it failed to deliver meaningfully in those departments for how much effort it took.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different systems in the market I felt good with theres
It gets the job done, but lacks the look, feel, and features of other marketing platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, easy to use in general, and has a great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's boring. It doesn't offer aestethic email templates, the list creation is clunky (ie having to create reports to get lists), and sometimes it makes things way too complicated than what it has to be. It doesn't look fun and energizing. It is supposed to be a creative platform for marketers, and it doesn't feel anything like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar market is helping us send effective marketing emails and communcations. It also holds a form on our site, for which when people fill out, they get an automated response.

The vastness of the system at times. We are still learning.
