Big company robust features for a price a small company can pay
What do you like best about the product?
The setup of all different digital campaigns, from nurtures and triggers to one-off emails, forms, landing pages; the features are robust and you can do a ton with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is weird that the quirkiest CRM integration I've experienced with Sugar Market is with Sugar CRM; it is counterintuitive to me, but I've had more success with dynamic lists, lead creation from forms, and task creations from behaviors in nurtures in other CRMs than in their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach people en masse, and also tailor messages based on behavior.
Offers most of what I expected from a Marketing software with a few extra perks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Nurture 2.0. It is an awesome way to set up drip campaigns and also automate a lot of customer contact. I also love the flexibility with email details such as domain names and send from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their form program does not allow picture submissions. This is an important aspect for us. The program also forces you to put stuff in folders but you are unable to access the folders. The customer service team is also very hard to get in touch with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nurture program is helping us create automated communication which is very helpful for our small team. It also helps us organize our marketing campaigns which would get lost in other programs.
Horrible customer service and platform
What do you like best about the product?
The connection to Netsuite is nice. Once the sync is set up it works okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is awful. It takes days before anyone gets back to you and months to set up the system.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM's flagship marketing automation solution that brings you a high-definition view of your customer experience. Market transforms how mid-sized marketing teams reach their audience and measure success throughout the buyers' journey by putting the platform to work. I also believe in letting the platform qualify leads with robust nurture campaigns and sophisticated artificial-intelligence-driven lead prediction scoring and models. I believe in letting the platform attract website visitors and understand how they interact with digital assets. I believe in letting the platform capture leads with conversion-driving landing pages, emails, and forms built with intuitive, drag-and-drop builders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. Nothing is missing as far as I know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has benefited me in improving marketing strategy, utilizing resources, and handling also improving customer experience and retention.

Was bit of upset with their customer service.

The sugar market application provides the supports between seller and providers to maintain relationships. With various forms of relation maintaining mechanism

Analytics is too basic and not robust. Too extensive training and application knowledge and training is required.

Getting analytics of sales, also gets the performance report which help in Managing relationship with clients.
