I'm a Sr. Analyst in the Cybersecurity team of my company
What do you like best about the product?
Communication with the team is professional, we always find someone who is knowledeable about our company and responds quickly. As our MSSP, eSentire does not just throw alerts to our side of the wall but seriously investigates and provides solid evidence when things need to be seen by us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not come up with something that needs to be named as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is the backbone of our cybersecurity, they see all our logs, they have a solid understanding of the functioning of our company and they accordingly investigate issues that creates alerts on their side. Issues that need our attention are escalated to us.
Excellent products and services
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of detection and response. We are notfied immediately if there is an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sumo Logic support - sometimes it can be hard to get support with the Sumo Logic side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDR
By far the best MDR Solution ever...

Their seamlessness into our environment, felt like they werent even there...
Along with their 24/7 service we can sleep knowing they are watching!

No access to their probes they leave on site, which is expected since they are most likely proprietary... but thats it really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our business on the forefront of threats by providing us with Threat updates, and continuous monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant reponse to any network issues, exceptional professionalism, quick response time and thorough understanding of our cybersecurity needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a web portal to visualize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thorough and Attentive!
What do you like best about the product?
We're given great peace of mind by eSentire's network and logs monitoring. I love the thorough reviews of the reports they generate for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lot of confusion with meetings and schedules while in transition between account reps, but that would happen about anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is monitoring network traffic and log files to catch vulnerabilities and issues that we otherwise wouldn't catch nearly as quickly.
We have SOC, Siem, EDR and MVS services through eSentire

TRU Intelligence are a real insight into what is going on in the Cyber world
What do you dislike about the product?
Our account is managed in Canada but we are based in Europe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SOC are available 24x7 which is something we could never resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with logging materials and responsiveness of the SOC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more phone call notifications than email communications during the evening hours as it's easier to review issues when notified via phone rather than trying to rely on being awake to check your email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small IT staff and don't have a dedicated security person.
Skilled group of individuals who go beyond our requirements.
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM is great. Hannan is a very skilled individual who not only has great organizational skills and technical skills but knows how to push the right buttons to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The eSoc does not internally escalate potential alerts for review so we receive a fair amount of false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
esNetwork, esEndpoint, esLog, MVS. The monitoring is the main benefit to our organization as we do not have the bandwidth for internal review outside of escalations.
Feel protected
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of mind that an organization is watching over our system security and responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediate comes to mine. Would like a vulnerability solution that doesn't just show/find vulnerabilities but has the ability to resolve them also.

An additional security arm to our IT Dept.
Solid first line of defense
What do you like best about the product?
eSentire have a wide suite of security products that are availble to us. They have a great engagement model that drives towards education and is personalized to our environment. We also appreciate the continuity of resources so we don't have to go to new people every time we have a request for a deeper analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the time between the event being triggered and getting the notification from eSentire seems longer than it should be. It is always within the SLA but it can be some tense moments while we dig in to the details ourselves. This be unrealistic as eSentire has to do their own research but would love to see this gap closed.
