Full network security and monitoring. The team at eSentire allows my infrastructure team to rest assured that the network is protected even when they cannot monitor it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t come across anything I disliked. Any concerns are promptly addressed and resolved by our account management team.

We were seeking a robust solution to monitor our infrastructure and protect business-critical data and sensitive client information. Our in-house tools and personnel were insufficient to achieve complete multi-signal visibility and ensure prompt threat response, so we turned to eSentire to help us harden our security posture.

Quality service with quick response
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and professional support 24/7. Very useful eSentire Insight portal. They handle all issues on co-managed devices promptly. They insistently follow up all issues related to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
They didn't send a proper notification for a critical patch of Crowdstrike but this was one time issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They monitor all network traffic and logs 24/7 and notify us for all incidents immediately. It is very beneficial for us because we don't have enough resources to do this.
A Partner for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
Esentire does a fantastic job at filtering out the vast majority of signals that would create busy work for our analysts and engineers thus ensuring that they can focus on the work that really matters
What do you dislike about the product?
In the last couple of years eSentire has branched out into so many different products and services that unifying them can be difficult. This lack of unification can lead to confusion with clients and partners alike. However, eSentire has always worked to clear up this confusion and made sure to drive an issues to a successful resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esentire ensures that we do not have to hire more staff to sort through the signals and alerts that are instead going to their managed SOC 24/7. This is even more important because we are a global company and having a team that follows the sun can be a challenge at times.
eSentire - a leader in Managed Detection and Response!
What do you like best about the product?
eSentire is a top ranked, one stop shop for all managed security needs. More than just MDR services, also offers Managed Risk portfolio (managed vulnerability services, Virtual CISO services, penetration testing, strategic services) and Digital Forensics and Incident Response services with eSentire IR Retainer offering and emergency IR support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technically, there are no issues. As an Azure customer, we'd like to see more integration with Azure IaaS (coming).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire's EDR and network traffic sniffers are able to proactively detect and block malicious traffic patterns and prevent incidents, in all directions - the LAN, WAN, and remote access. Their managed vulnerability service has allowed us to keep all our systems patched and secure. They are also great at keeping us apprised on security trends, threat hunting, new technologies and how it affects our environment.
Proficient and Knowledgeable MSSP
What do you like best about the product?
the engineers that work with you to setup the MSSP are knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SOC portal needs a lot of work! the graphs don't make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
vulnerability management. We are able to keep track of vulnerabilities and their patching.

They are very hands-on, also if you run into any delays with answers, your account will be happy to take the lead and get you any info you need

This is a very costly product, but in this day and time, it's better to be safe than sorry!!

They keep you updated on all new and old Threats happening every day!!

What do you like best about the product?
Having eSentire as a partner has helped us protect our infrastructure and users in this ever-changing cybersecurity landscape. With excellent support and account management, they always lend us a helping hand when needed. Couldn't ask for more out of an MSSP.

There is nothing about eSentire that we can complain about.
