Very customer focused. Work with you to ensure you are getting the most out of their services.
What do you like best about the product?
Responsive and thorough. Any time a senior goes offline or a response is needed, the Soc is always on top of it and will follow up to ensure services are restored or escalations are acknowledged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is unclear who should be contacted from an account side for specific tasks. A small example would be the decommissioning of sensors and the process required for successfully removing or migrating to other sensors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is helping protect not only our network but our end users as well. The soc is able to alert us of any suspicious logins from locations that our users may not frequent, helping to alert us to possible account compromises.

The service is really good. It has really good security features
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time is a bit slow. Sometimes the response is quick and sometimes its not.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire has been a great addition to our security team. They have filled gaps where we fell short due to limited resources and expertise. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They have very knowledgeable staff and I feel comfortable and confident with them managing most of our security solutions with the MDR Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that stands out that I don't like. They have been very flexible with out-of-the-ordinary requests, like providing co-managing capabilities to some of the services they manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire MDR is providing 24/7 SOC support which was not an option with my small security team and with the limited experience we have in some of the security tools we needed. This service is putting eyes on our infrastructure and scrutinizes many logs to ensure there is no abnormal activity happening in our infrastructure.

Quick access to very knowledgeable security experts a phone call away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive for the SMB market. No MSP offering.

24/7 eyes on our environment. Piece of mind that we are not compromised.
Top of the line service
What do you like best about the product?
eSentire has successfully provided us with the security that our clients (and our client's clients) need to live up to the ISO 27.001 high security standards of the legal and financial industry. We have witnessed the lightning-fast responsiveness and accountability with which they take care of the threats surrounding our company. Finally, this is an MDR that delivers what it promises and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of Spanish support complicates enterprises in Latin America. English proficiency is not as widespread as we would like among technology professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire provides us with the assurance that someone is monitoring and managing both known and unknown threats, allowing us to focus on our work without expending time, money, and energy on potential cyber incidents.
eSentire Managed Security Services
What do you like best about the product?
We get actionable alerts with very clear details. They are also very quick to respond when additional information is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've not had any issues with the service. Obviously, with any MDR vendor, there is some tuning to alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire has essentially become our 24x7 SOC, which we would not otherwise be able to staff. Our time to respond to incidents has greatly improved with the level of detail we get from eSentire as well as the areas of our environment they cover.

What do you like best about the product?
After some other previous poor experiences with vendors in the same vertical as eSentire, I've found eSentire to be far more responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful than some of their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that I truly dislike with eSentire's service. I think if I had to nitpick, I believe that they have had occasional telecommuncations issues, but those have been few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a relatively small security staff. There's no way we could hire additional internal staff to monitor our systems after close of business each day, or throughout the weekend. eSentire gives us peace of mind that there are always eyes on our environment, 24x7x365.

Available risk practitioners that continually help you take advantage of all the services they have to offer and help prioritize risks that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to the mobile app and additional use of AI to enhance threat detection and response. All on the road map.

Leveraging the large amount of data from our environment, providing their expert analysis and zeroing in on the specific tasks that we need to action.
Knowledgeable Security Solution
What do you like best about the product?
They explain in terms that are not overly technical, given that the audience could include highly knowledgable network technicians as well as not-so-technical c-level managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Have not had an issue with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security requirements from the client audit allowed us to bring eSentire in to resolve those concerns.
