What do you like best about the product?
I find that we have a dedicated customer service rep to be most advantageous. They are making sure we understand how we're protected, and they help to make sure we're getting the most bang for the buck. And they were VERY helpful in getting our whole environment set up on ESentire.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really. It is expensive, as I said. But all in all I can't think of something I really dislike about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They run weekly scan from within and outside of our organization. AND they are constantly monitoring our environment, so I even know if someone has accessed an FTP site that doesn't usually do that sort of thing. So all in all, they're protection helps me sleep at night.

Reliability. The way to get alerted and escalation process.

Lack of ways to make your own changes to the settings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best helpful feature about esentire is their NOC. They have contacted us after hours when we have had security issue after hours. They have helped us investigate a threat on your network they went above and beyond to help us. Recommend 10/10
What do you dislike about the product?
The console can be at times confusing and difficault to find what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esentire is giving us greater visibility into our environment.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire support is always available, via phone number or email. I've never had issues communicating with support through either of these channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had too many negative experiences with eSentire. The trouble we ran through would have been the same trouble had we gone through it with another vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is providing visibility of our IT infrastructure, providing real-time monitoring and reports of any anomalous traffic on our networks. The quarterly service meetings are really helpful as well, as they show us any trends in our environment as well as how much they have been protecting our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire takes care of all the work! I request what I need and Boom, its done! I check the dashboard regularly just to keep an eye out on things, but i feel saft knowing they have my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing. Its a great tool! The dashboard has everything you need. From there I can see everything. And the service response it quick too! Incidents are down to their lowest levels with eSentire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eSentire is quickly finding Adversaries attempting to hack our systems. We are quickly alerted and can respond accordingly. And with the filtering provided we can even block out complete countries if desired.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are responsible for funneling the thousands of alerts through their SOC and only escalating to us when appropriate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of eSentire is you can get disengaged from the constant threats and overly depend on eSentire, not maintaining internal awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They block threatening traffic both internal and external, handle next-gen AV, and MVS.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete system, the support is excellent. I like that they can isolate a resource at 2:00 AM without waking me up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new portal removed some of the reports I was using. I would like a way to track an incident in the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fills in the manpower gap I had for cyber security.

What do you like best about the product?
The crowdstrike package coupled with the network monitoring has worked well for us. The Insight portal is handy to see what the current landscape is
