Absolutely Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
eSentire provides timely detecting, alerting and mitigating all threats on our network. They are always available to discuss threats in detail and provide extensive support for our organization. The intelligence we have received from eSentire has helped protect our organization from breaches and other threats. Any organization looking to outsource their SOC services should use eSentire.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need a better reporting structure. That is the only criticism.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the reporting better.

What do you like best about the product?
They are easy to work with. The alerts sent are in English and easy to consume. When additional information is needed, the SOC's efficient and knowledgeable team is helpful and very communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more robust and customizable reporting form the dahsboard

What do you like best about the product?
Proactive responses from the team with information vital to the project. Peace of mind knowing that the "noise" is filtered out and alerts are only for actionable issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything as yet that I've disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They protect our network and Endpoints with Carbon Black, they provide timely alerts via call, email, and text per our individual wishes. This allows our team to gfocusa on other IT tasks knowing that our security needs are being met.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, talk to others who have used their service and you will realize a common thread of finding a solution that works for "you" and not a cookie cutter sales approach.
