A skilled addition to our IT team!
What do you like best about the product?
The qualified personnel on the eSentire team that is not only monitoring but walking us through on a monthly basis the results and findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier they were limit to the network but now they are mocking to the end point.

They have a qualified professional team that is always quick to respond and get engaged at any time. Their professionalism is second to none.

I currently do not have any dislikes that come to mind.

Very responsive, know we are protected!!

Hard to act on all of their recommendations, but that is on our side, not them.

What do you like best about the product?
Their soc and responsiveness is exceptional and very prompt. Issues get resolved in extremely timely manner.

The out of band ids is not preferred. I would like it to be inline.

I have had a relationship with eSentire since 2001. While this is difficult to believe, I cannot remember any significant issue.
