Their response time is second to none. They provide 24x7 monitoring, allowing us to feel our network is secure.

I love the quick response to alerts and ease of working with the SOC. Esentire management team is great.

So far i really cannot say a dislike anything.

Outsourced with knowledgeable professionals. Very quick response and friendly.

Reporting portal can be more robust. There seems to be custom reporting available we can create but pre made reports would be easier.
