What do you like best about the product?

Arctic Wolf quickly became my trusted security partner, their concierge service is professional and instills confidence that you have made the right decision to partner with them.
I am alerted and can engage quickly with a professional in triaging any issues which escalate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Given that I was keen to engage a third party to work with us on our cyber security stance there isn't much wrong to be honest.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all the Arctic Wolf platform combines all our different security products into a single pane view and then aggregates all the data into a more meaningful analysis of what's going on within my network.
Then, secondly the Observation Pipeline filters through the noise of a busy business network and only alerts me to those data points which really need my attention, with simple alerting rules to keep me in the loop.
Finally, if something is actually happening, the containment process gives me the confidence to know that even out of hours, any issue is going to be shut down as quickly as possible.
