Stopping bots and enjoying the journey
What do you like best about the product?
Datadome is really on a mission to stop bots, It was very easy to start working with them, even though we needed a customized approach with a new module for it to work. It was very quick to work together with them and answer all the questions that resulted in us integrating without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very sophisticated bots are still a challenge - but I don't see anyone having solved that yet, key thing is that they are continuing to invest and try to stop them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated fake account creation - Datadome is stopping them by the millions, allowing our departaments to have better control and handle on support tickets and less issues that arise from it.
