Started strong, but fell off in the second year

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is solid and easy to use, with sufficient prompting to ensure evidence collection is done on time and is pretty thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what happened, but in my second year with Sprinto I was told that they wanted to swap out my auditors due to a broken relationship. This was news to the auditors, but now I'm not hearing anything from Sprinto or the new auditors. Messages seem to be going into a black hole, and my CSM seems to have gone AWOL. The platform is still solid and works well, but the customer service has seriously declined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Sprinto to help us achieve ISO27001:2023 compliance. Having gone through SOC2 Types 1 and 2, ISO9001, and other audits with other tools, the Sprinto experience was seamless and helped us achieve compliance in record time. From helping to gather evidence to ensuring that we had appropriate processes in place for areas we did not consider, Sprinto was a huge boon for us.
