What do you like best about the product?

Pavithra - the implementation magic lady. She was on top of everything that came up as part of onboarding and resolved along with Sprinto support team to make sure the onboarding is very smooth, meaningful and ontime.
Harish - Great CSM for co-ordination and project management
Danny - for a initial intro, demo, capabilitiy and feasibility analysis
Rajesh - for in-depth technical solutioning and direction for POC and success factor
Sprinto Support Team - for quick response, follow ups and resolutions

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing as of now, may be look at more integrations in future roadmap

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

GRC - integrating all possible tools to capture, monitor, log and audit the data for achieving compliances on numerous security frameworks like SOC2, ISO, GDPR, FedRaAMP etc. Their workflow management is excellent. Over all i liked all the offerings of the product, compliance, support and follow up processes.
