What do you like best about the product?
Smooth and seamless compliance process and very friendly team, especially Rahul and Vivek. It was pleasure to work with. Also, a really good platform with great UI.

Sprinto has been extremely helpful from day one. Their team guided us through the entire compliance implementation with clear instructions and consistent support. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to track progress, manage tasks, and stay audit-ready without any confusion. Overall, the onboarding experience was smooth and well structured.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance extremely easy by automating most of the heavy work involved in managing audits, security controls, and evidence collection. The platform provides clear visibility into our compliance posture, and the dashboards make it simple to track progress. Their workflows eliminate manual tasks and reduce human error, which saves a huge amount of time. The UI is clean, intuitive, and easy for both technical and non-technical team members to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations require initial fine-tuning, and certain reports could offer deeper customization. There are moments when evidence collection takes a little longer than expected, especially during peak activity. It would also be helpful to have more advanced automation templates for highly customized environments. However, these are minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us maintain continuous compliance by automatically tracking controls, identifying gaps, and preparing evidence for audits. This has significantly simplified SOC 2 and ISO processes for us. It reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and helps ensure we stay audit-ready at all times. The central dashboard gives us a single source of truth across the organization, improving collaboration and making security operations far more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprinto tool for our compliance activities for 2 years. I like to appreciate my POC Mr. Dominic and Mr. Priyanshu from sprinto team. Both are easy to approach and contributed to a seamless and productive experience. Their collaboration with us, responsiveness and commitment to activity have had a positive impact on the overall project.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprinto is how much it simplifies the messy parts of compliance. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, screenshots, and reminders, everything is centralized and automated. The platform does a good job of showing exactly what needs attention

If I had to point out a downside, I’d say the automation is great, but there are moments when you want to customize a step or reorder tasks, and the platform doesn’t always give you as much flexibility as you’d like.

Sprinto takes a lot of the chaos out of compliance. Before using it, we were tracking controls, audits, and evidence collection manually, which meant constant reminders, scattered documents, and a lot of time spent double-checking things. Sprinto pulls all of that into one place and automates most of the repetitive work.
The biggest benefit is clarity — you always know what’s done, what’s pending, and what needs attention. It also cuts down the back-and-forth with auditors because the evidence is already organized and mapped to the right controls. Overall, it saves a ton of time and removes a lot of the stress that typically comes with compliance cycles.
