What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Sprinto is their ability to make compliance a default state as you scale your business. With their expertise and innovative solutions, they ensure that your compliance processes are seamlessly integrated into your operations. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of non-compliance, allowing you to focus on growing your business without worrying about regulatory hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about Sprinto but their pricing plan can be more flixible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company focused on automating the compliance journey to get audit-ready, Sprinto truly lives up to its reputation.
SoC2 Certification for SaaS platform within 2 months
What do you like best about the product?
- Sprinto implementation team is very experienced and knowledgeable. Sprinto helped us successfully achieve SoC2 certifications for several SaaS platforms from scratch. The best part of the experience was that the Sprinto team was extremely patient in addressing our concerns in depth and helping us set up appropriate policies, add controls, handle AWS infrastructure integrations for live monitoring and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I dont see any downside as such in using Sprinto. One area to think of for improvement would be in the overall time allocated to each client project. Some requirements take far longer due to dependencies in various parts of the organization. In such cases, unfortunately, getting the required clarity in requirements takes time. This can be factored in at the time of starting the project to reduce uncertainties
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple SaaS products that are hosted on the cloud. We needed to ensure security compliance for our platforms. To achieve the required SoC2 certifications, we had to define appropriate processes and policies and add controls to ensure we could maintain the necessary security compliance posture. Sprinto helped us with this entire exercise, and their platform is very comprehensive and intuitive. It ensures that we have continuous compliance on all our platforms

Sprinto, as a platform is very well equipped for knowledge and learning with respect to organization security and compliance policies.

Sprinto is keeping me well informed with the details to be precautions with conditions that lead to security breach and data security in order to be safe from malicious activities.

Sprinto is an excellent tool for cloud companies that need to comply with various security standards and audits. It automates the whole process of risk assessment, control mapping, and evidence collection. It also integrates with many cloud services and provides real-time alerts and reports. Sprinto saves time, money, and effort for security teams and makes compliance easy and fast. I highly recommend Sprinto to anyone who wants to improve their security posture and achieve compliance goals without hassle. I also want to thank Radhika Saxena from the support team, who helped me with the setup. She was very helpful and professional, ensured everything worked smoothly and answered all my questions.

They need to improve their documentation for "How to fix" the reported tasks.

Sprinto is helping us with continuous security and compliance for security audits and automates real-time compliance checks. They provide pre-approved, auditor-grade compliance programs required for SOC 2 certification.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to offer in terms of cons for Sprinto. I typically judge organizations based on the three Ps (i.e., people, process, and product). In terms of people, they have been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process ensures that you tackle one thing at a time on your compliance journey without getting overwhelmed. The product provides continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection. It is easy to use and integrates all of our key technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto simplifies designing and implementing a robus security compliance program for your MSP or SaaS business. That is why we signed up, and it has been a very positive experience.
