What do you dislike about the product?
I want to emphasize that my intention is not to undermine the efforts or decisions made by the team. Instead, I believe that open and honest discussions can lead to a better understanding of various perspectives and contribute to the overall success of our security initiatives. Some standards, such as screen timeout duration or manually reporting system status, can also be scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto's integration with ISO certifications enables us to streamline and strengthen our compliance efforts. By leveraging its comprehensive security functionalities, we can ensure that our information security practices align with internationally recognized standards, providing confidence to our stakeholders and demonstrating our commitment to maintaining a robust security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is absolutely fabulous. Answer all my questions in seconds, and provide all the needed information in a timely manner. The system itself is very convenient to use. Everything is transparent and do not require a lot of time to understand on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bugs occur, but they are fixed fast enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot in preparation for SOC 2 Type II audit. It saves a lot of time in preparation activities, it has integrations with different systems we use which speed up the process significantly.

We use Sprinto for Security Compliance and most of our regular security checks are taken care of here, the interface is user friendly and easy to understand.
