The customizable security program really addresses the problem that every organisation has different needs and compliances.

Haven't got a chance to explore competitor products therefore none so far.

Exceptional support from Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Sprinto onboarding have been positive especially with the help of Gautam (Krishnan). I commend his exceptional dedication and expertise. He has been more than helpful and answers even the silliest question I have. Thank you very much, Gautam!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my experience with using Sprinto has been positive. I hope they support more communication platforms (other than Slack) but email notifications suffice.

I work in a distributed team set-up, and compliance tracking for all team members is organized with the help of Sprinto.

The entire gamut of compliance variables in one place. Multiple level permissions/acess, ease of use.

The best part of the Sprinto process is having repeating meetings with my Customer Success representative, Varun.

Our SOC 2 process proved to be a bigger project than I expected but for a good outcome.

We needed to get our SOC 2 certification and with Sprinto we are doing that.
Exceptional Support from Sprinto for ISO 27001:2022 Compliance Readiness
What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy to share how good and excellently sprinto helped Datavid to get prepared for ISO 27001:2022 audit. They played a crucial role in guiding us through the process of meeting ISO 27001:2022 complaince standard. Their deep knowledge, dedication and guidence have been pivotal in getting Datavid ready for audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with sprinto team, I have never found any single point where I can give them a negative mark. However, it is just a feedback, communication, at times, could have been more proactive and timely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not aware about the policies, what we need to do to get ISO 27001:2022 compliance, how much time it will take and when we can say that we are ready for audit, Sprinto has all the answers of our queries and from the day we onboarded Sprinto, everthing seems very smooth.

Helps you get to the compliance standard quickly but it should be highlighted where companies 'should' continue to strive to be better or exceed the standards.

Monitors security risks and automates the compliance process with regular audits. Our account manager Shivang is very helpful.

It is only via web, no mobile phone application available

They help us stepwise through the whole process. I really like that they handle almost all communication with the external audit company. This saves a lot of time.

Nothing bad really. Everything was as or above expectations.

Innovative Excellence: Very smooth interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Once details are entered then sprint store and no need to fill this again. User interface is nice and easliy userstand what details are required in forms. Process is very fast comparing to other competitors which I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
If any query get raised and asked to attach something in that case end user dont have to option to give the reasom or justification. This will provide the flexibility to end user to fast track the process.
