At first, I would like to mention our appreciation for the exceptional support provided by Sprinto's customer success team and the support provided by Gurudev, the Customer Success Manager allocated to us. Before this, throughout the presales/product evaluation stage, Devika their CSM, gave excellent professional help and a thorough walkthrough of all functionalities and features. Their dedication, expertise, and professionalism have been instrumental in our successful implementation of Sprinto and going thru the Compliance journey. Moreover, the commitment, support and expertise played by Suraj, the Associate Director of Sales, was vital in the proposal negotiations and closing the deal for a 3-year license agreement.

Auditing and Reporting: Sprinto tool simplifies auditing through in-build Policies and can upload the organization's infosec policies, procedures and evidence. This saves time and effort during internal and external 3rd party audits and ensures accurate record-keeping.

What do you dislike about the product?

Although Sprinto has been immensely helpful in managing our compliance, we still think there is space for improvement in some important areas. We would like to see the following features made to Sprinto:

Sprinto has a separate module just for managing audits. Planning, carrying out, and keeping track of audit operations would be easier if Sprinto had an integrated audit management system. The entire audit procedure could be streamlined, including planning audits, controlling audit documentation, and monitoring audit findings and actions. Our whole compliance management experience would be improved by incorporating audit management capabilities. Currently, it does not have the provision to upload the audit observations by the external 3rd party auditors, which can be viewed by the Sprinto Admin users in the organization and a requirement to add comments/clarifications for audit observations.

Sprinto functions exceptionally well in compliance monitoring, but it falls short when it comes to offering thorough training and learning skills. A dedicated LMS would strengthen the compliance program by providing the platform with the structure it presently lacks. This should make it easier for newly hired staff to receive annual refresher training and various forms of exercise, such as HIPAA (basic and advanced), information security, and GDPR.

UI field labeling/text inconsistency: This area needs to be improved. There are quite a few pages where it is losing consistency in using upper/lower case. Grammatical etc.

The mapping of controls between different controls in the framework needs to be evaluated and corrected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, Sprinto significantly benefited our organization by enhancing information security posture, automating compliance processes, facilitating audits, and ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and standards. It provided a unified platform to track and monitor compliance requirements, policies, and procedures, ensuring the company could effectively manage its compliance obligations across various regulatory frameworks. Reduced manual efforts and human errors, making compliance more efficient and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?

To get an organization to SOC2 compliance requires educating everyone in the organization of new processes, helping them understand whats required, implementation of controls and constant monitoring of various facets of the organization - from people to processes to systems. Sprinto helped us get all that done very thoroughly and efficiently.
My favorite part of Sprinto is how dedicated Customer Service agents like Gautam really focus on the customers unique challenges and go out of their way to help you drive SOC2 compliance throughout your organization. Thanks to Gautam we were able to quickly move to SOC2 compliance.

Honestly I don't think I've had such a good experience from any other SaaS vendor.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the application could do a bit more to onboard new employees to the SOC2 mentality and process. New employees carry with them what they did in the previous position and it isn't always clear to them why all this extra effort for SOC2 is required.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to get SOC2 compliant within no time. The platform really helped our whole team and system to be SOC2 compliant and I'm really happy with the results.

What do you like best about the product?

Sprinto has created such an easy app for obtaining and executing our SOC2 requirements. They allow for eazy and automated checks as well as providing you with templates for all documentation needed for the certification. Additionally, they have a very responsive team that is more than happy to help you if you or your team is having trouble. Could nand security andot recommend more.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is truely not too much I dislike. It has been by far the easiest software I have used in obtaining our SOC2. The only negative (and it is not too much of a negative) is that you end up having many browser tabs automatically open when you are clicking through individual activities.

Sprinto is allowing us to obtain our SOC2 Compliance. This will allow us to have enterprise-grade security certifications which will enable our sales team to sell to all customers.

I love that Sprinto is very easy to use. All the instructions for the steps needed to meet the compliance are clear and it guides you through it.
Plus I had a great experience with their customer support as well!

If for some reason, a bug or a different app interferes with the steps to getting your devices compliant, you're kind of stuck, because the glitch you are facing might be bespoke and the troubleshooting instructions may not be always helpful. But nevertheless, Sprinto customer support was excellent in getting back to me with the solutions and it worked like a charm.

Making sure my devices are secured with the necessary Infosec compliance. This helps me and my devices be secure from cyber threats or attacks.

What do you like best about the product?

We spent quite some time evaluating different tool options to help us with HIPAA and ISO27001 compliance. We selected Sprinto because the product demo was compelling and they integrated with Azure, Active Directory, Github and other cloud tools that we used. This simplified compliance significantly.

The communications from Guatam and the support team have been very clear and prompt, despite some of our team being US based.

Sprinto is a tool that we need to use in the longer term too. We find it very comprehensive, easy to use. That includes the compliance templates which are complete but concise.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing. I expected to have significant additional work to do with workarounds outside of the tool. That didn't prove to be the case.
