Sprinto has proven to be an invaluable tool for us. Since we came prepared, the speed of our implementation was amazing - paired with a system expert, we quickly implemented the 27001 framework. Streamlined Compliance Workflow: One of the best things about Sprinto is its ability to streamline our compliance workflow. The platform provides a centralized location for all compliance-related tasks, documents, and activities. What do you dislike about the product?

While Sprinto has provided significant value to in managing our compliance, there are a few areas where we believe there is room for improvement. Here are some aspects that we would like to see enhanced in Sprinto:

Lack of ISO 9001 Framework: One limitation we encountered is that the ISO 9001 framework is not available by default in Sprinto. Given our ISO 9001 certification and its significance to our operations, it would be beneficial to have this framework integrated into the platform. Having a predefined ISO 9001 framework would streamline our compliance efforts and align them with other compliance frameworks within Sprinto.

Limited System Integrations: While Sprinto offers integrations with various systems, we would appreciate a more robust selection of available integrations. Expanding the range of integrations would allow us to seamlessly connect Sprinto with our existing tools and systems, facilitating data exchange and enhancing overall efficiency. This would enable a more cohesive and integrated compliance management ecosystem.

Lack of Audit Management: Currently, Sprinto does not provide a dedicated module for managing audits. Having an integrated audit management system within Sprinto would greatly benefit us in planning, executing, and tracking audit activities. It would streamline the entire audit process, including scheduling audits, managing audit documentation, and tracking audit findings and actions. Incorporating audit management capabilities would enhance our overall compliance management experience.

Absence of Quality Records with Workflows: Another area we have identified for improvement is the absence of quality records with workflows, such as Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Having dedicated modules or functionalities for managing quality records and workflows would be highly valuable. It would allow us to effectively track and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and establish systematic processes for continuous improvement.

Weak learning management system (LMS): While it excels in compliance management, it falls short in providing comprehensive training and learning capabilities. A dedicated LMS would enhance the platform by offering structure that is currently lacking - ultimately strengthening the compliance program.

Document Authoring, Review, and Approval needs work: One challenge we've encountered with Sprinto is the difficulty in authoring, reviewing, and approving procedures, particularly when it comes to implementing ISO 9001 type document controls. The platform lacks a workflow that one would need for creating and managing procedural documents, making the process more cumbersome and time-consuming. Improved document control features would streamline the procedure management and training processes and enhance compliance with ISO 9001 standards and every other framework.

Addressing these areas would further enhance the capabilities and value proposition of Sprinto, aligning it more closely with our specific compliance and quality management needs. By incorporating the ISO 9001 framework, expanding system integrations, introducing audit management functionalities, and incorporating quality record workflows, Sprinto would become an even more comprehensive and powerful compliance platform.

Sprinto solves the problem of fragmented compliance management by providing a single source, dashboard-driven platform for real-time monitoring and control. What do you like best about the product?

Sprinto was a fantastic partner for SOC and ISO certification. Their onboarding broke down the steps, timeline, and milestones quite well, and we didn't run into any surprises! With their help we completed our audit and achieved certification within 2 weeks of our hurry-up goal.

We also appreciated their support finding partners for other adjacent needs - like regular pen testing.

And finally, their org dashboard for maintaining and monitoring compliance across employees and devices was incredibly easy. Even received positive employee feedback about how painless it was.

What do you dislike about the product?

Only thing we would have appreciated is a bit more upfront transparency about relative urgency for different components of certification. While the timeline was spelled out well, it was sometimes unclear which specific items were blockers, which were must-haves, and which were recommended best practice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinto helped us tighten our security process and policy so we're better prepared to service larger mid-market and enterprise accounts.

What do you like best about the product?

The standout feature of Sprinto for me was its integrated risk assessment and control mapping capabilities. The platform intuitively identified our risks, selected appropriate mitigation controls, and provided an overview of how these controls minimized our risk register. This feature significantly streamlined our SOC2 compliance process. Furthermore, Sprinto's continuous monitoring and alerting system ensured our ongoing readiness, allowing for quick identification and remediation of any issues. But what really elevated our experience was the active involvement of Ayush, our dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager. His proactive approach and timely responses played a crucial role in driving our compliance process and meeting our tight certification deadline.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Sprinto delivered on most fronts, there were occasional hiccups. The platform sometimes had issues with data synchronization, which required support intervention to rectify. Similarly, there were instances where the support team's response wasn't prompt, leading to the need for follow-ups on our end.

Sprinto addressed a significant business challenge for us – the often daunting and time-consuming task of achieving SOC2 certification with challenging timelines. The platform made the process manageable and efficient by automating numerous steps. This not only saved us time and resources but also instilled confidence in our security posture. Our relationship with our clients has always been our priority and Sprinto played a pivotal role in fortifying this bond. Achieving SOC2 compliance with Sprinto has showcased our commitment to the highest standards of data protection, thus increasing trust with our clients and prospects.

We really appreciate having dedicated contact to guide us throughout our journey. In our case, Varun has been very helpful and accommodating of our needs, keeping us in the right path of the journey. Thanks Varun, and thanks Sprinto!

What do you dislike about the product?

Can't really say any downside so far because the platform, the workflow, and the process are clear and helpful. I would say the price can be expensive for some but I think for a lot of companies it's worth it.

Sprinto helps us become compliant for SOC 2 Type 2 and we realized it's going to be even longer journey if we didn't engage Sprinto in the process. Hence we're grateful for Sprinto.

It is so easy to create the right policy and security material available for the right team members. Through Sprinto, our organisation was able to share accountability with the teams to complete our policy trainings.

None so far that I see as a downside of using Sprinto.

Sprinto is helping the organisation share accountability with teams to go through policies as well as cloud security practices. We are able to make sure all new members that are onboarded are also through with the policies as well as security measures.

Using Sprinto allowed us to better understand SOC 2 and helped us to be compliant in record time. Talking with our account manager was always great and friendly experience

There is a room for improvement in some UI, especially adding a bulk changes when doing first setup would be helpful. Fortunatelly there was a option to write email to get it updated by their technical team in bulk, but still having in the UI would be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinto simplifies compliance management by automating as much as possible, with integrations to many products that we use. If they are missing the integration they are keen to add it or there is always possibility to add manual check to remind us.

It is simple and does the work for me, not manual at all.
