Office Beacon LLC ISMS 27001 Compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto team was always available whenever we needed their advice, irrespective of any time zone. They help us as an advisor to reach our goals. Team is very focused on what they have to deliver and within the timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto team is highly proactive and sometimes this approach annoys us because our team stretches more time to implement the onsite solutions. But Sprinto team was following our deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office Beacon LLC has been undergoing the preparation of ISMS implementations from a few years. But the Covid project got delayed and we decided to get certified before March - 2023. We started approaching many vendors in Dec- 2022, but no one was confident enough to take responsibility for supporting our vision. We then came across Sprinto, and they were very optimistic and built our confidence too. In short, Sprinto understands customer vision, supports our journey, and helps us get certified.
SOC2 and ISO Certification with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provides a unified dashboard to track and monitor all the controls related to different compliances. It provides seemless integration with different applications. Vaishali from CS team and Sprinto's support are super proactive and ensures all our queries get resolved in timely manner leading to hassle free audit process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dr Sprinto Agent for staff devices' monitoring can be further optimised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is providing one stop solution for all the compliances in Information Security domain. It helps in planning the compliance journey and monitoring all the controls in a single unified dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement. Good tool for setting up compliance for an organisation and as an end user, it is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an end user, nothing that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organisation is streamlining compliance management with an automation tool for ISO 27001.
Sprinto enabled us to achieve our first ISO27001 accreditation
What do you like best about the product?
As a startup we'd never been through or even prepped for an ISO audit before, and were looking for help to get us through the audit process. We found Sprinto offered an online platform, would take us through a simple onbaording process, and then assign us a couple of Customer Sucess Managers to help us complete our journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the journey to get accredited we did not found any downsides of using Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we had no experience of going through an ISO audit or even the process of prepping for an ISO audit. Sprinto provided a simple to use and easy to understand plaform for determining what evidence was needed to under take an ISO audit, as well as helping us to identify areas where we needed better documented processes or practices.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete compliance application that is now part of our daily routine

Nothing really. The application is complete in all aspects

We needed to be 27001 certified rapidly because of the nature of our business, but we also make sure we do maintain that same certification. Sprinto achieved both

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has completely transformed our compliance management process. The platform is easy to use and the reporting features provide us with a clear picture of our compliance status. The customer support team is also top-notch and always available to help with any issues or questions.

There's really nothing to dislike about Sprinto. It's a fantastic product that has exceeded our expectations.

Sprinto has helped us automate our compliance process and reduce the time and effort required to maintain compliance. This has allowed us to focus on other important tasks and projects, while still ensuring that we are meeting all of our compliance requirements.
Exceptional customer support and service, Second to none
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is amazing. They are always available to help me out and are very knowledgeable about the product & compliance in general, I’m guilty of using their team's expertise for answering a ton of security questionnaires
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say this bothers me a lot but the product keeps evolving at such a rapid pace, it becomes overwhelming at times to get used to.

This tool has helped me streamline my organization's security controls and increase efficiency.
The perfect solution for all your compliance requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and navigate, and the customer support team is extremely helpful and responsive. I love the dashboard and the reporting features, which provide a clear overview of our compliance status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Sprinto, as it's a great product overall. The only thing I would suggest is adding more customization options for the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has made compliance management so much easier for us. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support team is knowledgeable and responsive. The reporting features are fantastic and provide us with a clear picture of our compliance status at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any major issues with Sprinto so far. The only thing we would suggest is adding more integrations with other software tools we use.

Fantastic Customer Service - Flawless Certification Process
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's staff is amazing. Gautam has been available to help us meet every deadline and to answer any questions we may have. We investigated a number of other solutions for ISO and SOC certification and Sprinto is hands down the best option available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto continues to improve their platform and add new features. I have no dislikes and highly recommend Sprinto to anyone wanting to pursue the ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us achieve ISO and SOC certification. They also are providing ongoing compliance maintenance and the tools to accomplish this efficiently. I'm very impressed with the continual upgrades to their platform.
