Time and resource efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform is a highly efficient tool that can help startup teams to save time and resources while implementing their security compliance. Sprinto automates many aspects of security compliance check and removes the burden of checking those manually and potentially missing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did not integrate with "Exchange Online Essentials" Microsoft plan to check the 2FA. This is one of basic subscription plans for email only. We had to manually provide proof for 2FA

Knocking It Out of the Park!
What do you like best about the product?
How simple and easy the platform is to use. The customer service and team support go above and beyond for their clients! Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed either through Slack or Email. Their platform is intuitive and informative on fixing issues in your controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have anything negative to say about Sprinto! Their team is next-level.

Compliance Certifications in a very timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic experience with the Sprinto team. We were working with Hemant; He is a very knowledgeable guy, and they are ready to help you anytime. Overall excellent experience.

Nothing. Didn't face any bad experiences to share.

Professional tool for Audits and Security Compliances
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in which an admin can set up activities & track the same. Sprinto platform had templates for everything and they integrate with every cloud software you can think of. If you are a tech guy and you have to write policies it might be boring for many of us like me as Sprinto provides initial templates as we can modify them according to our processes.
For every required step, the Sprinto agent provides easy instructions so that I can complete ensuring my device is properly configured

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I face is that it gives uneven updates, dashboard of Dr. Sprinto changes every time which results in spending extra time on Sprinto to understand the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to implement our Audits and managing our security compliances. Providing professional guidance through all the processes like ISO, SOC2 and GDPR.
Sprinto made our SOC2 compliance process easy!
What do you like best about the product?
All our policies, infosec training and device management were managed in one single place. The audit was also smooth and a no-hassle process. We didn't have to scramble to gather evidences because Sprinto did all of that for us and it's like our compliance was on auto-pilot. The support we have received has also been phenomenal
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. They're always upgrading their platform and the UI as well so there's nothing I'm missing with Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evidence collection has been automated. No more manually logging everything, because Sprinto does it for us. We're getting reminded of security lapses so we can fix them in time before they start to fail. So it's a 360 degree coverage.
Sprinto helped us implement ISO 27001 with complete ease
What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to implement ISO 27001 for our organization Fitterfly. We weren't aware of the existence of such platforms as Sprinto. When we signed up we were not completely sure about its capabilities but still, we signed up. We are happy that we signed up for it. It has really helped us implement ISO 27001 very quickly and easily.
What we liked best about Sprinto is it seamlessly connects with your cloud service provider, email service provider, code repository provider, etc. It notifies you as soon as there are some gaps in policies in a production environment. Its dashboard gives you a clear picture of completed and pending activities.
Our Auditor also has access to Sprinto platform so providing all documents and proofs was very easy and seamless.

It's not much but there is always scope for improvement. Employee onboarding is what we felt was bit difficult. So how it can be simplified is what Sprinto can look into.

Expedient and efficient experience
What do you like best about the product?
The policy document creation process was very effective. If you're like most other technical people or me, writing policy documents is dry, boring and hard to make yourself sit down and do. The policy creation process in Sprinto was very effective, quick and easy, with initial templates that you can modify as needed to reflect your process vs. the default process.
The other thing I liked about Sprinto is how it encourages the collection of artifacts needed for an audit. You are creating and collecting all of the data that an auditor will need through the implementation process.
Overall, the process is brilliant, fast and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The change management control area in Sprinto was built on the premise that the user has one of a short list of ticketing systems with pull requests to document the change management process controls. We don't use a traditional tool for this, so it took some work to figure out how to demonstrate this control. Our approach passed the initial audit, but it would have been nice to have more information about alternate methods to guide us in the user portal.
However, our Implementation Consultant, Gautam Krishnan, was a pleasure to work with and helped us get through the process quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a turnkey solution to document our ISMS policies, monitor our systems and provide compliance evidence necessary for auditing and certification to the ISO27001 standard.
Sprinto Streamlined our SOC2 process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Dashboard, it's brilliant and simple. Without having too much information we can complete the SOC 2

It gets stuck in between, and then it takes time to come back to the page

What do you like best about the product?
The software integrates well with the applications that we are using and it greatly simplifies the reporting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge that I have seen is we are in different time zones, but we were able to schedule everything appropriately.

It has greatly simplified the Soc2 compliance process.

The Sprinto team is really great when setting up the different Sprinto integrations that help to verify compliance with ISO27001

So far, I have nothing that I dislike about Sprinto.

As a SaaS vendor, we are actively persuing ISO27001 compliance and Sprinto is a great platform to make this as painless as possible.
