Sprinto Compliance Platform combines user-friendly tech infrastructure with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto stands out by combining an excellent technology solution with dedicated and knowledeable customer service. The service breaks down a complex project into logical steps, and it is invaluable to have a dedicated customer service representative who gets to know your business and is approachable whenever questions arise. The combination of these factors meant that our compliance journey felt seemless and a lot more manageable than we had anticipated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would choose Sprinto again without any hesitation and we did not have a moment where we regretted our choice throughout the process. Therefore, we do not have any "dislikes".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Sprinto to support us througout our journey to achieve SOC2 Type 2 compliance. Reviewing the rigour of this testing framework, we realised quickly that as a small company with limited internal resources, we needed an external partner to support us in this endeavour. Sprinto was an invaluable resource for us- the user interface is clear and easy to use, a lot of help and guidance is provided and whenever we struggled with any aspect, there was our knowledgable Sprinto partner to turn to. This meant that we were able to complete the project in the quickest possible timeframe.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has an user-friendly Trust Center with several features available and a great customer service experience from Ashutosh Maharana and Rahul Kumar Dash. Easy and effortless onboarding and integration journeys. Great support with audit processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security and compliance-related topics are not my favorite ones in general, so it's quite overwhelming and a bit annoying having to deal with the whole compliance checklist and tasks, but I understand that it's more of an industry requirement rather than Sprinto being too demanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2, ISO27001 and HIPAA frameworks compliance requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Our dedicated Project Mgr Varun was very responsive and able to answer all of our questions and solve specific issues. I appreciated his attention to details we never considered as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with where to find what I needed at first, but having someone to help me locate things was really wonderful. Now I am much more familiar with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has been helping us achieve GDPR compliance. It's been challenging to try to do this on our own, but Sprinto has provided a roadmap to do this in a thoughtful, thorough way.

Sprinto is a comprehensive compliance solution that covers all the necessary aspects of compliance management. The platform includes everything from policy creation to employee training to device management.

I feel that because things are rapidly changing at Sprinto *(For the better of course),* things get slightly confusing at times

Painless and Quick Preparation for SOC2 Type 1
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small web design and development company that needed a turnkey compliance solution to satisfy a contractual obligation. After working with another vendor and making little progress towards an audit, we decided to switch to Sprinto after meeting with Austin. His demo and explanation of the product was so much simpler than what we anticipated. We were quickly onboarded with Srikumar and he immediately put my concerns to rest with his friendly demeanor and expert knowledge. The platform itself was very easy to navigate after just one screenshare session and we were able to get so much done within a few working meetings! Sri was reassuring and worked quickly to help us prepare for our audit. Thank you Austin and Srikumar for your guidance and support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced a downside yet. There were integrations with all of our platforms and any blockers were quickly resolved so it's only be excellent so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is giving us a compliance platform that integrates with all our cloud-based vendors and consulting to prepare the materials for a SOC2 Type 1 audit. This will benefit our ability to work with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Amazing service standards
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Varun from the beginning, and everything is well organized. Although the software does most of the work, having a person guide you throughout the journey makes it a cakewalk. We can also book a call one day in advance which is great for startups like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really. I guess the UI/UX can be better.

The platform is user-friendly, and most documents only require completion, significantly reducing the workload. Our company achieved ISO 27001 certification in just one month thanks to Sprinto's assistance. During the integration phase, Sprinto's staff also aided us in meeting all of the auditor's requirements, which was immensely beneficial. In addition to a straightforward certification process, Sprinto provides valuable tools for identifying and mitigating security concerns. Their technology streamlines compliance monitoring and offers valuable insights into vulnerabilities that require attention.

The best thing about Sprinto is the ease of integration and the periodic training provided to the employees to make them aware about the possible security issue.

There is not much to dislike about this product as of now.

So I work in a startup that handles a lot of internal and client data. Hence it becomes vital to have the necessary compliances and security checks in place to avoid any kind of security problems and safeguard the systems from information security attacks. Also since we handle International clients, it becomes even more important to have security compliances at place.

Sprinto's out-of-the-box policy templates were a life saver, they helped us get a starting point to build on our security program & the customer success team at Sprinto had great answers to all questions we had about compliance.

Sprinto’s software is very intuitive & they provide excellent support, so far, we've been really happy about the purchase.

We had no policies in place & wanted a path towards compliance, Sprinto's team had everything very laid out in a structured manner that it felt we raced towards compliance while not compromising on our product development or security aspects. They have an amazing risk assessment module that saved us countless hours of senior management time!
