What do you like best about the product?
An excellent dashboard that brings you immediately to any non-compliant resources and recommends fixes. Quick to refresh (and with a manual option which is always nice).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts were a bit tricky to figure out, but engaging the PM and tech team to find answers was quick and painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us on our compliance journey for SOC and hopefully others in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use, configurable and on top of it the Sprinto team goes above and beyond to assist in each step of the process to ensure the success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto adds periodic updates on platform and it will be nice if it is communicated to clients which are using the platform.

SOC2 Certification and Compliance to achieve highest security standards
Easy to use without any IT support!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinto to identify and minimize security risks on our laptops. Usually this was done by the IT team within the firm and would normally take about a day to finish and during this time one would have to wait for the process to complete. With Sprinto, I can do this whole process on my own and the whole thing takes just an hour max to finish. Additionally, it also intimidates me on any security vulnerabilities on my machine along with the steps to fix it. This is very useful information while allows me to apply the same settings on even my personal computer to maximize the security of that as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe make the background app more lightweight. In my case, it used to eat up precious resources which used to slow down the other processes at times. Apart from this, everything else has been good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto identifies security gaps in your computer and notifies us of the same. This helps to strengthen the security of your system in the world of growing number of hacks.
The best product and team for your SOC2 certification
What do you like best about the product?
The agility of their team in setting up our account and the process to get started on the journey of getting a SOC2 certification. Gurudev from their team was very proactive and available for any query or question with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly felt their UI looked poor at the beginning, although later they revamped the interface and now it is a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are procuring a SOC2 Type2 certification for our chatbot product WotNot.io. With SOC2 compliance, we will be able to qualify and pitch to a lot of mid-size and enterprise organizations.

Sometimes engineers have to make chnages to backend (but I m sure these are being automated soon)

-The speed: Even at a minute's notice, I can run the Dr Sprinto agent, do a complete scan of my device, and submit a status report

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe at the organisation admin level, there can be an option to configure an automated reminder to run the device status check? At a time interval that's sufficient to maintain compliance? Currently, the admin has to message us on Slack at the last minute, which feels like a race against time (especially since one might miss a DM among all the other conversations on Slack).

Every company have different environment and agenda. Sprinto tries to standardize all the company into their standard controls and document. I would suggest to have more customizable approach based on customer. Ok
