Exceptional customer support and service, Second to none
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is amazing. They are always available to help me out and are very knowledgeable about the product & compliance in general, I’m guilty of using their team's expertise for answering a ton of security questionnaires
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say this bothers me a lot but the product keeps evolving at such a rapid pace, it becomes overwhelming at times to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped me streamline my organization's security controls and increase efficiency.
The perfect solution for all your compliance requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and navigate, and the customer support team is extremely helpful and responsive. I love the dashboard and the reporting features, which provide a clear overview of our compliance status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Sprinto, as it's a great product overall. The only thing I would suggest is adding more customization options for the dashboard.

It helps in identifying security related issues and get up to date with all security-related updates
Great software for managing compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has made compliance management so much easier for us. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support team is knowledgeable and responsive. The reporting features are fantastic and provide us with a clear picture of our compliance status at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any major issues with Sprinto so far. The only thing we would suggest is adding more integrations with other software tools we use.

Fantastic Customer Service - Flawless Certification Process
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's staff is amazing. Gautam has been available to help us meet every deadline and to answer any questions we may have. We investigated a number of other solutions for ISO and SOC certification and Sprinto is hands down the best option available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto continues to improve their platform and add new features. I have no dislikes and highly recommend Sprinto to anyone wanting to pursue the ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us achieve ISO and SOC certification. They also are providing ongoing compliance maintenance and the tools to accomplish this efficiently. I'm very impressed with the continual upgrades to their platform.
Pioneer in the security standard maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sprinto is a very user-friendly tool to configure a secured working environment among organization, and this tool has helped my mates to create a secured configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much dislike about the sprinto configuration as it is perfectly made as per the standard rules of the corporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Main problem sprinto has solved finding and encrypting the data present in the office systems, which has made the systems secure from malware attacks.

Sprinto is able to engage us as a company while providing all needed support, so the process is not too complicated and you can see how it ends, they are professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding GDPR, they don't support the whole process but rather connected us with an external lawyer, which was not communicated during the onboarding or the discovery call.

We can't offer our Saas services to customers without Soc2.0 type 1 and 2
Great Platform for Compliance !
What do you like best about the product?
There are many good things about this platform. The dashboard is simple and user-friendly. It has all controls which are easy to navigate and work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was hardly anything to dislike about Sprinto but if I really had to, then I would improve on the contact time for the team to coordinate between US time zones and India time.

The problem for the complex compliance requirements and maintenance of these controls is what Sprinto is solving for us.
Using Sprinto for our IT compliance is easy and saves us time and effort
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a one-stop shop for the IT compliance of the company. It is easy to use for managers and team members alike. It dramatically simplifies the company's IT compliance management with processes and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular to dislike about Sprinto. It is easy to use. The approach leads to a standardisation of documents and processes for the management of IT compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprinto to validate SOC1 and SOC 2 Compliance for the company. It is a great tool for communicating the company's IT policies to staff and monitoring organisational compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process from Sprinto has been second to none. I found the entire process to be quick and seamless, even when the requirements of the audit we are trying to achieve are not. Every step is clearly defined and streamlined as much as humanly possible, and the team has been top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything in the Sprinto process that I don't like.

They are assisting us in completing our SOC 2 Compliance.
Achieve security compliance in no time!
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto crew is very cooperative and highly skilled. It's lovely to work with people who are so productive. We were much aided, and the process was made simple by their compliance, audit, and evaluation assistance. All support requests are promptly answered. The certification procedure was flawless and completed before the deadline.
Our company wanted to apply for ISO 27001 and we are glad that we decided to go with Sprinto for it. We were able to rapidly and efficiently implement ISO 27001 thanks to the platform and support. The best feature of Sprinto, in our opinion, is it's integration to your email provider, code repository, cloud service, etc. It was very easy for our auditor as well to collaborate with this tool.

If I have to say one thing that can be improved, the product tour can be much more detailed when we log in.

We used Sprinto mainly to get ISO 27001 certified, and we are happy that we were able to achieve it within no time. The platform is very easy to use, and the support is excellent.
