Best security compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, and fluent technology which reports the device security overview within seconds
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I can think of because it does its job properly

Solving the security issues for all the company laptops and making sure that it follows the client rules

Hemant and Danny have been great from the start... they showed good competence and nothing dropped from the sales cycle to delivery

the software can have some email notifications when the process is going on

The early-stage startup does require SOC compliance which Sprinto provided

I like how everything is automated and saves me from manual updations. :)

Nothing that I dislike honestly, but would love it if things could do done a bit faster.

Sprinto helped us in getting SOC 2 accreditation very easily. The manual effort we had to put in was very little.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I don't know how the service scales as we grow - and what are the requirements from SOC2 in 2nd and 3rd year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 certification can be a tedious process. A lot can go wrong, and delay the process. Sprint streamlines the verification process with software, and high touch guidance - helping startups navigate the process and get to being cerified in record time.
Super-quick ISO27001 certification
What do you like best about the product?
The whole process is well thought out and easy to do. We completed our part in an intensive 8 business days sprint and got certified in just three weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at all, will use Sprinto to expand to SOC2 and cloud certification in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could not enroll in specific enterprise-wide projects because we had not satisfactorily set up security processes. Luckily, ISO27001 certification process fixed that, and we implemented the proper procedures in record time. We could not do that quickly without Sprinto.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped our company obtain SOC2 compliance very quickly. It helped get compliance by following very simple, easy to understand steps. We also saved a lot of time as Sprinto continuously monitored our infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind now. It is straightforward to use the tool.

Sprinto helped us monitor risks and helped us manage all the aspects of compliance from a single dashboard. Sprinto helped us obtain SOC2 compliance really fast in a very efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire team at sprinto were helpful throughout the onboarding phase. The process was streamlined and very seamless. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. And not to forget to mention the dashboard that helps with easy data analysis.

Not anything in particular. The whole experience from the beginning has been a smooth one!

Very hands on customer support and constantly evolving product
What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 and HIPAA compliance can be a handful, and complexity grows with each new employee. Since we didn't do it before, it was essential that someone provided hands-on support and guided us through our journey, which Sprinto did exceptionally well. We had weekly meetings all the way until we had our SOC2/HIPAA audits. They added a few features that helped us continuously comply with the requirements. Plus, pricing was way better than the alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had weekly early morning meetings, which were not always convenient because I usually wake up later (we are in the PST time zone). However, they were very responsive on the slack channel, so communication wasn't an issue at all.
