Smooth and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has created such an easy app for obtaining and executing our SOC2 requirements. They allow for eazy and automated checks as well as providing you with templates for all documentation needed for the certification. Additionally, they have a very responsive team that is more than happy to help you if you or your team is having trouble. Could nand security andot recommend more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is truely not too much I dislike. It has been by far the easiest software I have used in obtaining our SOC2. The only negative (and it is not too much of a negative) is that you end up having many browser tabs automatically open when you are clicking through individual activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is allowing us to obtain our SOC2 Compliance. This will allow us to have enterprise-grade security certifications which will enable our sales team to sell to all customers.

I love that Sprinto is very easy to use. All the instructions for the steps needed to meet the compliance are clear and it guides you through it.
Plus I had a great experience with their customer support as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
If for some reason, a bug or a different app interferes with the steps to getting your devices compliant, you're kind of stuck, because the glitch you are facing might be bespoke and the troubleshooting instructions may not be always helpful. But nevertheless, Sprinto customer support was excellent in getting back to me with the solutions and it worked like a charm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure my devices are secured with the necessary Infosec compliance. This helps me and my devices be secure from cyber threats or attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
We spent quite some time evaluating different tool options to help us with HIPAA and ISO27001 compliance. We selected Sprinto because the product demo was compelling and they integrated with Azure, Active Directory, Github and other cloud tools that we used. This simplified compliance significantly.
The communications from Guatam and the support team have been very clear and prompt, despite some of our team being US based.
Sprinto is a tool that we need to use in the longer term too. We find it very comprehensive, easy to use. That includes the compliance templates which are complete but concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I expected to have significant additional work to do with workarounds outside of the tool. That didn't prove to be the case.

Maintaining security compliance is very critical, it reminds me to keep security compliances up to date.

Sprinto gets everything done within minutes and is so easy to use. I'd recommend every business organization uses Sprinto if they want their assets to be secure.

There's nothing to dislike about Sprinto, although there is a scope for adding more layers of security for better customer experience and satisfaction.

They send reminder emails almost every day. Their follow-up emails should be spaced out instead of sending out daily reminders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our company's gitlab is set within company's private network. Currently Sprinto could not reach the private network thus there is no way to get pull request record automaticly. It has been a year and this feature is still not available yet.

Sprinto made the whole compliance process easy. The dashboard provides everything you need to know to pass the audit which saved time and resources for the company.

The Sprinto team's proactive and our team learnt something about complaince by investing additional time in implementing onsite solutions. However, it is worth noting that the Sprinto team consistently adhered to our deadline.
