Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up is the stand-out to other solutions in the market by a fair margin. It was quite simple and straight as it didn't take a lot of time. Also, the UI was fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support can be a bit prompt as the turn-around time was bit longer in terms of responding to queries. Apart from this easily the best tool out in the complimace and security domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 and GDPR is a must for the product we sell and Sprinto is doing a great job in offering both serving to the customer's needs. It has made us a trustable product for the customers to rely on.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best software in my opinion that automates security. It's used at my workplace and in my opinion it covers all the basics of what one can expect from a software from this genre.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is nothing that I don't like personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems related to security and also automates the whole process instead of manhandling it. It is used to maintain security standards at the place where I work.

Easy to use and easy to navigate, easy to take a report and set compliances, and ease of access for IT teams

I don't have any Cons, the tool is easy to use

Sprinto has helped us as a company to achieve the ISO certification and became soc2 compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
The team guides us in integrating our system required for audit and compliance without putting in more effort. As a team, we quickly collected all the required details. As an infra person, has learned about all the requirements for an organization that is going for an audit and can assist in integrating their system easily to meet all the expectations set by an auditor to pass the checklist.
The Team also helps vendor and risk assessment checklists to meet the criteria set by the auditor.

What do you dislike about the product?
Do not see any downside, as our full integration went seamlessly through their guidance and support to achieve the benchmark set for ISo certification and soc2 compliance. All the checklist has been passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint helps to collect all the required documents for certification needed by an auditor and passes all the required checklists for compliance requirements needed by an auditor. The Team guides us in integrating each product and software from its dashboard.

Very convenient to do compliance checks across platforms

Dr Sprinto app helps to keep my work device compliant as well as the web platform gives me visibility into all the different platforms security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike as everything is convenient but I'm not sure if antivirus is something which should be mandatory for macbooks

What do you like best about the product?
Their dashboard is pretty simple to use. Interractive UI/UX. Support team is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too expensive for what it does. There are many cost-effective alternatives

It is helping me solve security compliance.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
There's very little effort required to report our devices and it's just matter of minutes. The checklist makes it easier to navigate to different settings in case we are missing something.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does make the PC lag a bit when I have the DrSprinto app running. Since it does not take much time- it's not much of a hassle but something that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let's me submit the device status with ease and does not take much time to do so.
