Using Sprinto for Compliance - Here’s What Stood Out!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Sprinto is how it takes the headache out of compliance! It connects easily with tools we already use—like Azure and DocuSign—and automates all the boring stuff like evidence collection and task tracking. The interface is clean, and it's super helpful to get real-time updates on where things stand without chasing people around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Sprinto a lot, but it’s not perfect. but you might hit limits with how much you can tweak. Also, not everyone on our team is super techy, so setting things up or explaining tasks to non-IT folks took some extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto, compliance felt like juggling spreadsheets, emails, and reminders across teams. It fixes that by pulling everything into one place—tasks, controls, evidence—plus it connects with the tools we already use. Now we don’t scramble during audits, and it’s way easier to keep track of who’s doing what. Big win for peace of mind and saving time!
My Laptop Security
What do you like best about the product?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this application will auto-close, and will not detect the lock screen setting. Apart from this, I liked everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat. And it checks the Screen locks, prevent unauthorized third-parties from accessing your laptop when unattended by requiring a password to dismiss the screen saver or wake from "sleep" mode.
Best compliance coverage software out there
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all major frameworks, like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, allowing us to manage multiple compliance standards within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our team members have reported screen resolution issues when using Sprinto on their Linux machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in addressing the complexities involved in security compliance by automating and streamlining the whole process while also reducing the manual effort and the potential for any errors.

It is very easy to use, it gives all our teams proper knowledge of different topics and safety.

Nothing at the moment, they have kept to their promise

It protects our data on the cloud and give training to our team on the knowledge of the importance of data security
Valuable product to keep your utilities safe
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps your utilies safe and up-to-date. Customer support was good compared to other competitors. Features are great and the installation and integration was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the blue screen attack happened, it was irritative to install and configure again Sprinto. Which was quite diappointed. I was not frequent user (No Frequency of Use). May be that's the reason I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto reduces manual effort, simplifies documentation, and provides real-time tracking, ultimately speeding up compliance readiness and audit succes.

Sprinto made our monitoring, processes and compliance easier
What do you like best about the product?
Since it is integrated with our current HRIS, it is easy for us to add and remove employees, and it is easy for us to monitor who are lacking requirements, and the report and dashboards are very straightforward. Our Account Manager Shivang is very helpful and we really feel supported from preparation to implementation, and even after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we noticed is the turnaround time of the syncing, and whenever there's an update on the email address of the existing user in our HRIS , there will be an additional user that appears in Sprinto, but this is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual checking of user compliance when it comes to document acceptance and acknowledgement.

Nothing in my mind. Mostly Sprinto provides our compliance needs.

What stands out even more is the excellent support from their team — especially our account manager Shivang, who consistently ensured that we maximized Sprinto's capabilities. Sprinto helps consolidate compliance tasks, centralize evidence tracking, and create clear accountability across teams, making it much easier to manage ongoing audit readiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto is very effective overall, integrating with certain third-party tools required more manual setup than expected and could benefit from improved self-service options. Additionally, while the platform is robust, customizing dashboards and reports to very specific team needs sometimes requires reaching out for support rather than doing it independently. However, Shivang and Kavya were always quick to assist whenever we encountered these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto addresses the difficulty of manually managing compliance activities across multiple teams and systems. Previously, gathering evidence, tracking task completion, and preparing for audits were time-consuming and prone to human error. Sprinto streamlines all of this with automation, real-time tracking, and centralized documentation. Thanks to support from Shivang and Kavya, we were able to quickly adapt the system to fit our needs, saving significant time and reducing risks during audits. Sprinto has transformed compliance into a manageable, ongoing process rather than a last-minute rush.
