Sprinto - The Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Well-structured workflow that helped us define what we need and how we need. The dashboard and status listing under each activity were very helpful in focussing on the current deviations or non-conformance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no downside to this product, to my knowledge. The fitment was perfect for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Scoping, Training, Remote evaluations/scanning, and adherence to policies and procedures help us focus on improvising our security standards than fighting with basics.
The Go-to tool to track your security & compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The folks at Sprinto genuinely cared about our business & it showed throughout. They made some amazing recommendations to improve our security & it honestly felt like we were working with an extended part of our own team.
Above all, they helped us reach our goal of becoming compliant in the most efficient way possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
While we did have our doubts about whether it would really be as simple as Sprinto made it look, having gone through the journey, we can confirm that it’s really crazy how simple this process was made. We really have had nothing to dislike about Sprinto yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us unblock some major deals that were dependent on our business becoming compliant & we must say, they executed the whole thing in the best way possible. At no point did we have to stop & think what if Sprinto doesn’t have something covered.
Sprinto delivers the promise of fast tracking SOC2.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard with the percentage display is very useful. I also like a seamless one click jump to issues require further attention. The speed and cost of the process cannot be compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different parts of the Sprinto product seem to follow different usage patterns - such as opening up noncomformances, setting up exceptions or uploading evidences. Making those work identically could be helpful to the user. Would be nice to be able to sort the lists and filter in those list (e.g. users, etc...),
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining a SOC2 certification is a key enabler for simplifying our sales process. With SOC2, we can eliminate tedious IT review processes of our hospital customers.

What do you like best about the product?
How their CSMs just put us at ease right from the first call. Moreover, the platform in itself is so easy to use and easy to manage. We had assigned a few dedicated resources to work on the SOC2 process, but we realised it wasn't really necessary with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. Everything has been smooth and I'm positive the same will continue

What do you like best about the product?
We have been utilising Sprinto from last 3 years and are very happy by the structure, planning and guidance of the Sprinto team. The tool is straightforward to navigate and does the job very well.

ISO Audit Journey with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying the security suggestion and steps to fix the same.

We are not getting notification from the tool, when we have due pending.

Understanding the security and ISO points easily, we dont need to depend on someone
Seamless product to get SOC2-ready
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's product integrates with all the major services that companies usually use — Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, many major HR management software, and others. The team is very helpful with getting SOC2-ready — helping companies with auditing firms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we disliked at Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in aggregating and monitoring all our services to get SOC2-compliant. We were able to receive alerts in real-time whenever systems were failing.
Got ISO and Soc2 in few months
What do you like best about the product?
The automation technique and alerts give the insight to take immediate action. The automated Policies and documentation.

Everything is Automated and , You get used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a bootstrap company, it's a bit difficult to get ISO and SoC certification and structuring the IT Infra and Operation is a big task. Which then solved by Sprinto
The communication and support given by the Sprinto team are second to none.
What do you like best about the product?
Having gone through an ISO27001 audit via a security consultant and having burnt our fingers in the process, I have so much appreciation for what Sprinto does.
They literally have everything required for a Cloud-hosted business to become compliant out of the box.
Documentation for Policies, Vendor Risk Assessment, SOA, basically, everything required for compliance was taken care of by the Sprinto team. They even managed all the auditor conversations on our behalf, truly a white-glove experience. Kudos to the Sprinto team

What do you dislike about the product?
- Having had a bitter experience with compliance before where months of our time were wasted, I have nothing but appreciation for what the Sprinto team is doing.

Documentation for Compliance, Continuous monitoring of our security posture, Ensuring the entire organization follows the best security practices & A partner who manages all the difficult audit conversations on our behalf.

nothing major observed, sometimes the dashboard did not get auto-updated with compliance action items and needed to be manually updated
