What do you like best about the product?
Automation using the tool is good.

Gurudev Mallappa has been excellent in the whole journey , his knowledge and customer management is very good which made our life easy in the over all journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing from the toll but they can also include VAPT than referring to other vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of evidence collection by the tool for ISO 27701 has made our life easy.

This is helping in our business and also in saving our time for other customer needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool with the right people so go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in which an admin can setup activities & track the same
The support & guidance we get from their CS team is phenomenal, I would like to call out Guru's help here throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now, everything is perfect. It works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sprinto helped us get our SOC type 1 & 2 compliant by taking care of all the end to end activities required for an org to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it, if you are struggling to get your compliance report for your big clients :)

Smooth Implementation

Well structured guidance, help and policy curation
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any such items. Initial two weeks were slow then later things got momentum
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with the right Due-diligence to get certain security compliance.
Drafting tons of policies, and processes that are almost impossible to do by own for first time founders

Perfect for getting your SOC2 & ISO27001 for the first time

What do you like best about the product?
After spending a lot of time with various companies, we found Sprinto. After speaking to Sprinto we felt for the first time that it is possible to get SOC2 certification. It seemed an impossible task before Sprinto team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about them. They did everything they could to guide us and get us to a level where we were able to get our certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us to streamline our security and preparing us for SOC2 Type 2 certification. It will help immensely to solidify our position as an API service provider to financial industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Support from their staff to get us ISO 270001 Compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything was smooth and perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping companies become ISO27001 and SOC-2 Compliant very easily.

Without sprinto, we would have taken much longer to become ISO 27001 compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto promised us to complete the certification and evaluation process in three and a half months and it happened in that exact time. Its services helped us thoroughly and we are content with the engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flipside is that Sprinto's integration is currently limited to only a few vendors like AWS and Microsoft. It would be better if its services is extended to other vendors like Linode, Digital Ocean, Vultr, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is majorly useful for detecting and even fulfilling compliance requirements. The simple to use dashboard is easy to understand and has made monitoring a cinch.

What do you like best about the product?
Teams' proactiveness, patience and 200% support in all the challenges faced are mesmerizing. The application is very good and robust. It saves a lot of workload and makes your life simple and easy. It is designed for handling complex thing in a much simpler way. All the responsibility of the security and privacy is taken care by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is bit costly even if we are taking multiple certifications from Sprinto. Rest everything is of good quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get 2 major certifications with minimum efforts.
We saved our 6 months of time by onboarding Sprinto for the job.
Our security and vulnerabilities are minimized completely ensuring 99% data privacy.
Sprinto has helped in adoption of best practises and implementing SOPs smoothly and remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is most recommended for the companies who are looking for faster compliance with a real time check on the status of compliances.

What do you like best about the product?
In the first meeting, we were able to complete the setup. From their dashboard, we were able to identify issues where we were lagging. Completed SOC2 process like a breeze with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is amazing since it automates almost everything we want to do. That saves the trouble of centralizing and organizing multiple data at one location.

My experience so far has been good. The team was supportive and responded to all queries on time as well.
