Their customer support and problem-solving are second to none. They've been able to break this complicated SOC2 process into digestable bits.

Nothing that I dislike. But product experience could've been more smoother

Sprinto truly is a team of experts that can help you get to a place where you are audit ready for your data security and compliance stuff in no time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto team is great but I'm sure, post becoming audit-ready, they can reduce the time to select audit partners by probably just making it a one-click selection on their dashboard to choose partners out of the available options.

Our customers are confident with the processes and certifications that we have in place. Sprinto helps us monitor every tool and process to maintain high data security standards and alert the right folks in the team to quickly act upon any new tasks that come up.

The best option in the market to get SOC2 and ISO done superfast.

What do you like best about the product?
The pace of getting the work done and the ease of it as well. Shivang and Harish were of great help whenever we needed their assistance and were proactive in most scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific... UX could be a bit better (just being greedy here)

The automated process of monitoring and alerting helps quite a bit in staying SOC2 compliant at all times.
We have used Sprinto for both our SOC2 Type 1 and 2 compliances and everything has always gone according to plan while maintaining certification timelines.
Additionally, help is always provided by the Sprinto team if you ask for it.

Apart from some minor UI improvements nothing that is worth mentioning.

What do you like best about the product?
The know-how of the people in Sprinto (special mention to Niladri Mitra) is awesome. Their app is really good to integrate in no time with our systems. The Sprinto app is very intuitive and lets you know the exact action points that needs to be addressed. Their SOC2 preparedness plan was fast paced and completely hassle-free

Nothing really. They are heading towards the right direction.

Clients' requirements on SOC2 and data security compliances generated a need for fast and efficient certification. We have benefitted from the interactive dashboard nudging towards the actionable.

Automating the process of being SOC2 and ISO compliant.
Flexibility with the availability.
And constant monitoring systems makes sure that we grow by staying compliant. I do not have to go back to Security consultant on getting reviewed , since i am getting reviewed everyday.

I think they can better the UI and also a lot of monitoring take some time to fetch all the data, if they can speed up that process it will be really nice. We do not have to wait for it to refresh and get the data immediately.We

Initially, we used Sprinto to understand the requirements of SOC2 and ISO. And then we used it to be ready for SOC2 and ISO. I think without Sprinto it would have taken us at least 3-4 months to be ready for SOC2 and ISO.

If you need SOC2 or ISO, you need to use Sprinto.

SOC 2 requires you to implement numerous security policies. Sprinto does magic in this area! It templates are very helpful and saves lot of time.
