The journey with Sprinto has been amazingly smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part was the customer support. Our support rep. Mr. Ajay Tambe has been super responsive and always keen to resolve any doubts or issues. He is very patient. Many a times, he nudged us to keep at it when the progress was slow due to competing priorities.
The guides have been exhaustive for each step required in the compliance process.
The product is easy to understand, adopt and completely transparent.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs improvement in terms of latency of certain tasks and fixing of bugs and improvements. Can also keep the guides and templates up to date with the enhancements that happen on the 3rd party tools that Sprinto integrates with example AWS etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in implementing procedures and check and controls in our organization as per SoC2 and ISO standards.

Sprinto’s Trust Center has been instrumental in helping us efficiently handle external stakeholder document requests related to Compliance. The services team at Sprinto is outstanding, and the platform itself is extremely user-friendly. Thanks to Sprinto, we have been able to manage our InfoSec frameworks with ease and precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of as of now. May be later.

Current UI changes are a little complex, while currently Sprinto does not actively sync efficiently.
