best compliance software
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to achieve the compliance goal faster with minimal effort.It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have see sometimes it get unstable when new features rolled out beside that it works awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effortlessly get integrate with the system like HRMS/Clouds etc which make it so awesome to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager Pavithra R that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support.
They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call.
Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good.

We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Sprinto for our ISO 27001 certification and it was very helpful in keeping everything together for a smaller company.

Highly structured and intuitive process.

Nothing specifically, this was our first attempt at SOC2 so normal learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having sponsored various audits in my career, Sprinto was refreshing with its tech enabled offering. The process was highly structured and the audit was very streamlined. Basically, it reduced blind spots significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about working with Sprinto was how streamlined and intuitive the entire compliance process felt. The platform made it easy to stay on top of tasks and track progress toward ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certifications.
A special shout-out to Pavithra, who was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the journey. Her guidance ensured we never felt stuck, and she went above and beyond to help us get things right the first time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing major to dislike. The platform and the entire CSM process works really well together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us navigate the otherwise complex and time-consuming process of getting ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certified. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, documentation, and endless email threads, Sprinto centralized everything into one clear, automated workflow. It took the guesswork out of compliance, helped us stay audit-ready at all times, and saved our team countless hours. With Sprinto, we were able to move faster without compromising on rigor, which is a huge win for an early stage startup.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is the best tool to fulfill your compliance need in under one roof, its easy to integrate with the multiple programmed like zoho, gmail, aws etc. implementation is easy and customer support is also good.

we have planned the all audit according to the sprinto report, sprinto give you suggestions to mitigate the risk and their factors.

I really like the "integration first approach" of Sprinto.
Sprinto offers a lot of integrations and we were able to integrate almost all of our systems into Sprinto. As result required evidences are collected automatically, users are synced, etc., so only in a few cases I need to provide manual evidence to solve a task.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few times there were some technical issues in Sprinto. But the Sprinto Customer Support is doing a really good job so they helped me quickly and solved the issue fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Sprinto for compliance task management. Thanks to Sprinto I always have a good overview on all open ISO 27001 / SOC 2 Type II tasks.
Makes the daunting task of compliance certification much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
There are regular notifications about things I need to do to acquire or retain compliance certification. Their system integrates with a large number of external vendors, which makes the process easy. Their support staff are quick to respond when issues occur. It was easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of steps involved in some tasks, which sometimes results in duplicate task notifications or extra work. Offboarding an employee for example can get quite detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto makes it much easier to get and keep compliance certification.

It makes it easy to see a dashboard of actions that need to be addressed to ensure we will pass our certification.

Special cases can be identified but hey keep reappearing in a list of fixes required.

Sprinto proactively monitors Microsoft365, DevOps and Cloud platforms to ensure security requirements are being met and maintained/.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made the ISO 27001:2022 certification process extremely smooth by automating most of the compliance tasks. The Azure integration was seamless, and the intuitive dashboard allowed us to track and manage controls effortlessly. Their support team was always available and highly knowledgeable, ensuring that any queries or gaps were quickly addressed. The overall onboarding and execution experience was efficient and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very efficient, initial navigation of the dashboard required a bit of hand-holding. Some advanced features could benefit from additional tooltips or in-app guidance. However, their responsive support team bridges these gaps quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has significantly simplified our path to ISO 27001:2022 certification by automating compliance workflows, control tracking, and evidence collection. Manual compliance tasks that previously took weeks are now completed in hours. With direct integration to our Azure environment, it ensures real-time visibility into compliance posture and drastically reduces audit preparation time. This not only saves resources but also helps us stay audit-ready throughout the year.

What do you like best about the product?
The curiosity, knowledge, timely responses, professional works from Sprinto staff, particularly from Akshay Bhalotia is exceptional. Very pleased with the support we got, through the entire cert. process.

Occasional bugs on the Sprinto system, but were resolved quickly (mostly over night!).

Sprinto supports our SOC2 compliance process, through Sprinto's platform, which was very easy to use, comprehensive, and complete.
