Smooth sailing to SOC2 certification
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy tracking of where we are in terms of certification tasks
- Helpful support/solutions engineers who can jump on a call on short notice (Thanks Abir!)
- Connection to good auditors who can provide services which fit into our schedule
- Best pricing in the market
- Ability to fix some issues in 3rd party providers with a single click
- Implementation an integration to our existing providers was incredibly easy
- Sprinto is a part of our daily standup meeting, and we use it frequently

What do you dislike about the product?
Some controls are not picked up automatically from 3P providers. However, we have the ability to mark these controls manually. This is an incredibly minor issue, especially compared to the other providers we tried before Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracks completion of required tasks for Security compliance (SOC2) and helps prepare for Audit. This helps us save several hours per week, especially during audit period.

- The platform might be missing some features like automatically creating alarms. But they have recently added this feature

Professional & Clear
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is pretty solid when it comes to streamlining security compliance. What stands out most is how it automates a lot of the heavy lifting for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial Setup Can Be Tedious: The onboarding process involves a lot of integration setup and configuration. It’s a one-time thing, but it does take effort upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves several pain points around security compliance, especially for growing companies aiming to stay audit-ready without building a massive compliance team.
Great certification journey with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to see how much time can be saved using a platform with all these integrations into AWS, GitHub, and all my other tools. It just knows all the details, and I do not need to collect all the evidence manually. I am also thankful for the really great guidance from the team (Rahul Kolli and Pushkar Ranjan) and the fast reaction time that led to an amazing two weeks from the first contact to receiving the certificate from the external auditor.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer and automation expert, I would love to see more features on their developer API so that I can automate more stuff using tools like Zapier, n8n, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an ISO27001 certification and Sprinto helped me to achieve that in 2 weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, transparent communication. Platform works great and simplified our work a lot in the process of achieving our certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some minor challenges with meeting our very ambitious timelines. But each time Sprinto made best effort to make up for any lost time.
