What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprinto is how easy and efficient it makes the entire compliance process and the platform is very user friendly, their team is very quick to respond and this saves us a lot of time by automating the tasks we used to do manually. It really helps us stay audit ready without any stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any to dislike. Everything is in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To simplify and manage our compliance and audit processes, which used to be very manual and very time consuming. It keeps everything organized, tracks progress automatically, and reduces the stress of preparing for audits.

What do you like best about the product?
I was truly surprised at how easy it was to handle evidence collection, establish policies, and set up training programs. There was no need to gather information from countless company documents, infrastructure, or other services, no need to spend hours or days digging into minor details or waiting on the team to resolve issues — everything was automated and available in one place. It’s truly impressive.
All necessary integrations were already in place, and the Sprinto team was ready to provide custom integrations upon request.
Last but not least, I’d like to highlight the outstanding work of our Account Manager, Kartik Jain. From onboarding and setting up integrations to explaining findings and addressing any questions, Kartik stayed closely involved and supported us all the way through until we received our SOC 2 certificate. A big thank you!

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some small lags and a bit complicated UI but they are making it better (last UI change make everything easier IMO)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Policies and training distribution is now much more clearer and we can easily address gaps
Cloud compliance monitoring is now reporting on new findings, providing high level information and guidance as well as SLA for compliance frameworks
User management as well was enhanced with centralized access audit

Sprinto makes compliance fast and straightforward, with strong automation, real-time monitoring, and smooth integrations that save serious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
some advanced configurations can be tricky without support, and smaller teams may find the pricing steep for limited needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the problem of manual, time-consuming compliance processes by automating evidence collection, control monitoring, and audit preparation for standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This has benefited us by drastically reducing the time and effort needed to stay audit-ready, improving visibility into our security posture, and letting our team focus more on core business rather than compliance paperwork.
A smooth process with a competent and professional team
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform made it easy to understand what information was required to complete our audit preparation. Their internal documentation was comprehensive and their team was quite responsive to any problems which popped up along the way. Special shout-out to Akshay B for being a fantastic partner and for taking care of us as we worked through the process. Akshay was always able to give me clear and insightful answers to my questions and to expedite fixes on the backend when applicable. We didn't have any trouble with the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been helpful to have a visualization of the overall timeline beyond the percentage completion and task list. Just showing the major milestones and how far we'd advanced along that path. That said, I was able to keep track of this through the Sprinto dashboard info and through asking questions of the Sprinto team, and Googling. So it wasn't really a prohibitive thing in any way.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was the chosen partner for the review and implementation of security measures with the aim of obtaining SOC2 Certification.
I had the opportunity to use the SPRINTO platform, both from a user perspective and also as an administrator, and the experience has been quite positive.
As an administrator, I highlight the ease of implementation and the control and usability that the platform offers, allowing easy management of users, permissions, and the entire process itself.
As a user, I highlight the intuitiveness and smooth performance — everything is designed to simplify and assist us in the daily management and implementation of security policies.
The SPRINTO team demonstrates a genuine commitment and was an essential pillar in our Certification process.

Although my experience with SPRINTO has been generally quite positive and the support is usually effective and available, there were some specific situations where the response time was longer than expected, especially.
Even so, these are minor aspects compared to the overall quality of the platform — and the effort of the SPRINTO team to evolve and respond based on user feedback is already visible.

Sprinto: Streamlining Compliance with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a solid tool for streamlining the compliance workflow and making audit management a lot more efficient . It reduces manual efforts , it also pulls data from existing tools and store it to one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
its good tool just they need to update their customer support as response time is bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was very difficult to in compliance process , gathering evidence , document as all it requires manual effort for audit but now with the help of Sprinto it saves lots of manual effort as it collect evidence in real - time also now we do not spend hours to chase team member for documentation manually.
Using Sprinto for Compliance - Here’s What Stood Out!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Sprinto is how it takes the headache out of compliance! It connects easily with tools we already use—like Azure and DocuSign—and automates all the boring stuff like evidence collection and task tracking. The interface is clean, and it's super helpful to get real-time updates on where things stand without chasing people around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Sprinto a lot, but it’s not perfect. but you might hit limits with how much you can tweak. Also, not everyone on our team is super techy, so setting things up or explaining tasks to non-IT folks took some extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto, compliance felt like juggling spreadsheets, emails, and reminders across teams. It fixes that by pulling everything into one place—tasks, controls, evidence—plus it connects with the tools we already use. Now we don’t scramble during audits, and it’s way easier to keep track of who’s doing what. Big win for peace of mind and saving time!
My Laptop Security
What do you like best about the product?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this application will auto-close, and will not detect the lock screen setting. Apart from this, I liked everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat. And it checks the Screen locks, prevent unauthorized third-parties from accessing your laptop when unattended by requiring a password to dismiss the screen saver or wake from "sleep" mode.
Best compliance coverage software out there
What do you like best about the product?
It supports all major frameworks, like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, allowing us to manage multiple compliance standards within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our team members have reported screen resolution issues when using Sprinto on their Linux machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us in addressing the complexities involved in security compliance by automating and streamlining the whole process while also reducing the manual effort and the potential for any errors.
