Great certification journey with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to see how much time can be saved using a platform with all these integrations into AWS, GitHub, and all my other tools. It just knows all the details, and I do not need to collect all the evidence manually. I am also thankful for the really great guidance from the team (Rahul Kolli and Pushkar Ranjan) and the fast reaction time that led to an amazing two weeks from the first contact to receiving the certificate from the external auditor.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer and automation expert, I would love to see more features on their developer API so that I can automate more stuff using tools like Zapier, n8n, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an ISO27001 certification and Sprinto helped me to achieve that in 2 weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, transparent communication. Platform works great and simplified our work a lot in the process of achieving our certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some minor challenges with meeting our very ambitious timelines. But each time Sprinto made best effort to make up for any lost time.

Automates necessary controls (e.g. Dependency vulnerability scanner should be running) to achieve compliance.

There isn't anything presently that I dislike about Sprinto.

Achieve compliance to assure that customer data is being handled by my company securely.

It has good training modules in the start. It has very friendly UI. The tool automates routine tasks, also it has very good customer support.

it doesnt have much bad thing but it has less integrations and less customization.

What do you like best about the product?
The most appreciable thing about Sprinto is the ease of using the software. The interface is very user-friendly, and no doubt that it's the best tool for security compliance.

Everything is pretty good, no concerns so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it integrates smoothly with cloud environments and automates a lot of the tedious tasks, like evidence collection and tracking controls. It gives a clear view of compliance status and sends proactive alerts, which is helpful. I haven't used it extensively, but from what I’ve seen, it simplifies the audit process and reduces manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto is helpful for automating compliance, there’s a bit of a learning curve initially, especially in setting up integrations and understanding all the controls. Some parts of the UI could be more intuitive, and there were moments where I felt I needed more guidance. Also, for smaller teams, the level of automation might feel like overkill unless compliance is a major focus
