Sprinto makes compliance management very structured and easy to track. Policy acknowledgements, InfoSec training, and evidence collection are all centralized, which saves a lot of manual follow-ups. The dashboard clearly shows pending tasks and compliance status, making audits much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows can feel slightly rigid, and there’s a learning curve for new users initially. More customization in reminders and notifications would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear workflows in Sprinto because they tell us exactly what needs to be done and by whom, which avoids confusion and unnecessary follow-ups. The automated evidence collection is great, as it reduces manual work and errors. I also appreciate that all pending compliance items show up as tasks, keeping everyone accountable. We even get automated email reminders for pending items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The support team is very responsive, and a special shoutout to Shivang for helping us out. The initial setup process was very easy too.

What is our primary use case?
Sprinto is mainly used in our company to manage security compliance and audit readiness, automating policy tracking so it was installed on everyone's laptop to ensure we follow policy and automate that process.
For a quick specific example of how Sprinto is used in my daily work, it basically stays in the background and automatically checks our laptop devices to ensure we are following the security policies.
When we install Sprinto, we have to acknowledge some policy, and that is what the main use is for Sprinto.
What is most valuable?
The best features Sprinto offers are that it saves time and manual effort, reduces audit preparation stress, and a lot of manual work during audits, which improves our visibility and compliance status and enhances our security.
Sprinto helps maintain security by running in the background, checking the status of our devices, and if there's anything suspicious on our laptop, it automatically informs us to take action.
One more thing to mention about Sprinto's features is that it runs in the background and doesn't use much of our laptop resources, which is a good point.
What needs improvement?
Sprinto is primarily for auditing, security, and compliance, so I don't have much to add on how it can be improved.
It could be more user-friendly. It is user-friendly, but not that much. For a non-user that does not use tools that much, it can be made better.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Sprinto for six to eight months, which is less than the amount of time I have been at my current role, but it was installed after I was already working there. Around six months we have been using it.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sprinto is very stable because it has been on my laptop for a long time and it basically starts at the startup of the laptop, running checks in the background while you can manually report any issues. I didn't face any issues in this amount of time, so I think it is pretty stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Sprinto is scalable. Right now, we have a very small team, but it can handle a large number of users also.
How are customer service and support?
We have not interacted with customer support for Sprinto.

For noticeable improvements with Sprinto, I don't have much to add because it is for security policies specifically.
Sprinto deserves a rating of seven out of ten because what it does is very good and it is quite useful. It is very fast and reduces the time. I'm not aware of the pricing, setup cost, and licensing because that is handled by the manager.

I use Sprinto for compliance purposes. I really appreciate its seamless management of employees' policies and how it handles any kind of security breaches, which ensures that our compliance is maintained every day of the year. As a founder, I find managing all security policies and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aware and adhering to them really insightful. It helps us maintain SOC Type 1 and SOC Type 2 compliances, which is beneficial for our enterprise business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the times employees have to be reminded about reporting when a device is changed. It would be great if the reminders can be multi-channel.

Working with the Sprinto team has been a great experience, especially thanks to the professionalism and dedication shown by Joe Aksharan. He is consistently punctual for every meeting and goes the extra mile to guide us through all the necessary steps for our certification. One of the biggest highlights is the dedicated Slack channel, being able to get instant answers to my questions instead of waiting for a scheduled call has really sped up our progress. I also appreciate how proactive the communication is getting a quick nudge via Slack or email to stay on top of tasks keeps us moving forward. Joe’s commitment and that extra "push" to get things done have been exactly what we needed to stay on track.
The Sprinto platform itself is incredibly well designed, especially for a smaller company looking to get compliance ready without a massive overhead. I really appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with all the services our product consumes, essentially handling the heavy lifting for us. It’s particularly handy for monitoring, often, I’ll see alerts for things like AWS GuardDuty or GitHub Dependabot in the Sprinto dashboard or via email before I even log into those individual consoles. Having that centralised visibility makes managing our security posture much simpler and more efficient.

While the platform is generally reliable, I do occasionally encounter minor bugs within the Sprinto system. These small technical glitches can be a bit inconvenient, though they are usually resolved quickly with a simple page refresh. Since the issues tend to clear up immediately, they haven't significantly disrupted my workflow, but smoother performance would certainly enhance the overall experience.

Very little to dislike. A refresh of the UI/UX (more modern look and a bit smoother navigation in some areas) would make an already strong platform even better.

The initial setup process can feel long. Integrations are sometimes limited, and the guidance available isn’t always sufficient when you need help. Customisation options also feel somewhat restricted, and I’ve occasionally run into minor glitches. On top of that, pricing can sometimes be on the high side.
