What do you like best about the product?
The easy readability on the current status of the security features enabled on a system really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto should not always be turned on, maybe if it should rescan a system not every time, but once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto assists us in obtaining the required certifications we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Great at tracking how the team operates and any issues are resolved in quick manner and it's quite easy to use and the support is great. We use it for our day-to-day operations.

Not much but sometimes can be nosy while reminding for certain tasks

Sprinto gives us clear visibility into who owns what and where we stand at any point in time. The tasks, reminders, and status indicators make it easy to collaborate across security, engineering, and operations without endless meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes non-technical stakeholders find the terminology in the app a bit ‘compliance-heavy’. A more simplified or ‘executive’ view with plain language could make it easier for business users to engage with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, compliance responsibilities were scattered and unclear. Sprinto centralizes ownership, assigns tasks, and makes progress visible. This improves accountability, reduces last-minute firefighting before audits, and helps us demonstrate to customers that we take security seriously.
Great product backed by an even better implementation and support team
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinto is the customer support and implementation guidance. The team didn’t just sell us a tool; they walked us through each stage of the compliance journey, explained the ‘why’ behind each control, and helped us translate complex requirements into practical actions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform covers many frameworks and use cases, the documentation can sometimes feel a bit generic. More context-specific examples for different types of companies or industries would make it easier for new users to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have in-house compliance expertise, so getting ready for certifications felt intimidating. Sprinto gave us structure and clarity: what to do, when to do it, and how to prove it. This has shortened our path to certification and reduced a lot of stress for our team.
User-Friendly UI and Real-Time Analytics Make Compliance Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Espesially Sprinto’s UI is extremely user-friendly, offering smooth and intuitive navigation. It makes it easy to understand real-time analytics and provides a clear view of our current compliance posture, which has been very helpful for us in maintaining the overall compliance of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. All the suggestions or requirements we had were addressed promptly by Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has been extremely helpful for our organization in meeting compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA. It provided a centralized platform to coordinate all compliance activities, which significantly saved us time. We were able to properly track implemented controls, monitor certification renewals, and maintain clear visibility into our overall compliance status. In our case, Sprinto has done an exceptional job in helping the organization achieve and maintain compliance. Also i had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team especially with our account managerMr: Shivang. His support was exceptionally good .
Solid compliance platform that takes the chaos out of audits
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance feel much more manageable. I like best that the platform brings everything into one place – controls, evidence, policies, and tasks. The workflows are very intuitive, and a lot of the heavy lifting is automated, so our team doesn’t get stuck in spreadsheets and email threads anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any weakness. I will feedback if have any problem.

Sprinto has helped us move away from manual, ad-hoc compliance work. Instead of chasing people for evidence and status updates, we now have automated reminders, centralized documentation, and clear ownership for each control. This reduces the risk of missing something before an audit and saves us a lot of time every quarter.
