Sprinto Makes ISO Compliance Structured, Automated, and Audit-Ready
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Sprinto is how it simplifies complex compliance frameworks like ISO and turns them into a structured, manageable process. The platform automates evidence collection, integrates with key systems, and keeps teams continuously audit-ready, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual compliance work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the challenge of managing complex compliance processes like ISO in a structured and scalable way. Instead of tracking controls, evidence, and policies manually across multiple documents, Sprinto centralizes everything in one platform and automates large parts of the process.
For me, this reduces operational overhead, improves visibility into compliance status, and keeps the organization continuously audit-ready rather than scrambling before an audit. It allows teams to focus on implementing real security practices instead of managing compliance paperwork.

Effortless Compliance Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprinto's integrations are pretty easy and straightforward. The endpoint device detection feature is really useful for tracking all the company and personal assets. I find the policy builder valuable as it allows me to build and maintain different policy versions for backtracking. The initial setup of Sprinto was very easy, and in rare cases where integration fails, documentation makes it easy to redo it. For any problems we connect with our account manager Shivang. And problem gets resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In very rare cases, integration fails, but it's easy to redo it since the documentation is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprinto for SOC 2 compliance automation. It simplifies tracking company and personal assets and makes integrations straightforward. The policy builder helps maintain policies for backtracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto not only helps track compliance but also highlights gaps and suggests remediation steps. This proactive approach is useful in addressing potential risks before audits. Our account manager Shivang was proactive in helping us understand how to act on these alerts and improve overall compliance posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the alrets can feel overwhelming initally, and priortizing tasks may require learning the workflow first.

Sprinto helps identify risks early and ensures corrective actions and documented. This reduces the chances of compliance issues going unnoticed and saves the team time in maintaining audit readiness, making overall risk management more efficient.
Simple, Reliable Platform with Smooth Device Tracking and Security Training
What do you like best about the product?
it is simple and straightforward to use with rarely any glitches or lags. Best practice trainings are done periodically to ensure we remain aligned to keep our systems and confidential information safe from phishing and other attacks. It also helps report our devices and makes the process easy and smooth. Implementing it from the get go was never a challenge. In case, even if we do face a challenge our account manager Shivang has been consistently up for helping resolve those.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. It's a very mature platform.

Achieving and maintaining our compliance, keeping our employees up to date with the best practices and helping us ensure our digital infra is aligned with industry norms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our SOC 2 journey simple and well-structured. The platform is easy to use, automates evidence collection, and keeps everything audit-ready. Their support team was responsive and highly knowledgeable throughout the process.

Overall, the experience has been very positive. Minor customization limitations exist, but nothing that impacted our SOC 2 certification process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprinto for its role in compliance SOC2 and our account manager Shivang. The compliance automation is a standout feature that addresses my needs effectively. The overall product is impressive, but I especially like the device tracking feature. Additionally, I find the trainings and policy creation features with version management particularly valuable. The initial setup was very easy, which was a huge plus for me.

Sometimes integrations fail.

I use Sprinto for compliance SOC2. It solves compliance automation tasks, and I find the device tracking along with trainings and policy creation features, especially with version management, very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience was impressively fast and cost-effective compared to other solutions on the market. The platform itself is highly intuitive and user-friendly, which significantly reduced the typical "compliance headache." What really stands out is the quality of support; the team is deeply knowledgeable and always ready to help. Our account managers were proactive and professional, ensuring that we hit our milestones without unnecessary delays. It truly felt like they were an extension of our own team. What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few logistical friction points. The most notable issue was the frequent rotation of account managers—we had 3 or 4 different people assigned to our audit over a relatively short period. Each time a change occurred, we had to spend time getting the new person up to speed on our specific setup, which felt redundant. Additionally, the lack of a monthly subscription option might be a hurdle for smaller startups, and the absence of cryptocurrency as a payment method is a bit of a missed opportunity for a tech-forward company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto completely took over the burden of monitoring all our integrations and identifying errors that needed fixing. It’s a huge relief not to have to track these manually. They also provided invaluable support by working with our team leads to draft and finalize our internal policies. This guidance saved us a significant amount of time and ensured our documentation was audit-ready from day one.
Great tool for Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinto primarily for continuous compliance monitoring. It helps reduce the overall audit workload by automating evidence collection and cutting down on the need for manual proof maintenance. Once integrations are set up, the platform gathers documentation in the background and provides alerts if something falls out of compliance. Our primary point of contact, Ritik from the Sprinto team, was easy to work with and showed real care for our success. He was always reachable and willing to support. Big thanks to Ritik and the team supporting us in this journey.

Streamlined Compliance with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the good communication with the account manager and setting up a Slack channel for fast communication. The platform is quite easy to use, and I think they are really responsive, giving me the feeling they are always there if needed. Sprinto integrates with most of our tools, making the compliance review easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found some bugs in the platform, but they always promptly solve them. Since the beginning, it wasn't super clear the amount of work we've to do. Communication with the auditor could have been managed better.

Sprinto Made Our SOC 2 Certification Easy with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the product and the people really stood out. The software made it very easy to get through our SOC 2 Certification process—something we expected to be especially onerous for an early-stage company like ours—and the people were the gravy on top. We were impressed by everyone at Sprinto that we interacted with, but we worked most closely with Rushdan, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was consistently available, super knowledgeable, and helped us navigate all the tasks; it genuinely felt like he was an extension of our team. We can’t recommend Sprinto highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Heroku as our cloud platform, so having native integration with it would have been nice. That said, this is really just us nitpicking.
