Great overall experience, absolutely fell in love with the entire Sprinto experience
What do you like best about the product?
When looking for compliance software to help us achieve ISO27001:2023 compliance, Sprinto constantly came up as an option. After reviewing a number of competitors, we decided that Sprinto fit the bill nicely for us. From the get-go, it was easy to get Sprinto to integrate with our existing systems. Sprinto was easy to use when it came to manual evidence collection as well, providing templates to ensure nothing was missed. Implementing Sprinto into our workflow was also straightfoward, and using Sprinto on a near daily basis helped us to achieve compliance in record time The team at Sprinto were there at every step, helping to nudge us in the right direction so that we could stay on track. They were quick to respond and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Cost was great, the platform was straightforward, and if we had questions their team was able to help answer things quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Sprinto to help us achieve ISO27001:2023 compliance. Having gone through SOC2 Types 1 and 2, ISO9001, and other audits with other tools, the Sprinto experience was seamless and helped us achieve compliance in record time. From helping to gather evidence to ensuring that we had appropriate processes in place for areas we did not consider, Sprinto was a huge boon for us.
Amazing Team and support
What do you like best about the product?
Pavithra - the implementation magic lady. She was on top of everything that came up as part of onboarding and resolved along with Sprinto support team to make sure the onboarding is very smooth, meaningful and ontime.
Harish - Great CSM for co-ordination and project management
Danny - for a initial intro, demo, capabilitiy and feasibility analysis
Rajesh - for in-depth technical solutioning and direction for POC and success factor

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, may be look at more integrations in future roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GRC - integrating all possible tools to capture, monitor, log and audit the data for achieving compliances on numerous security frameworks like SOC2, ISO, GDPR, FedRaAMP etc. Their workflow management is excellent. Over all i liked all the offerings of the product, compliance, support and follow up processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Continues monitoring of controls and integration with various platforms and tools. Special thanks to Sai Hemanth for the onboarding sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if we also had access through Sprinto network in auditors around Europe.

Achieving certification and having control on the progress is a must.

@AjayTambe of Sprinto has been immensely helpful during the the evidence gathering and compliance and certification stages. His vast knowledge in ISMS and SOC2 compliance accelerated our compliance. I would thoroughly recommend @AjayTambe and if possible, ask for him incase you ever get hold of Sprinto.

Smooth Transition and Support
What do you like best about the product?
We onboarded Sprinto for our ISO and SOC2 certificate and the experience was nothing but seamless. Especially the support that we received from Priyanshu and Dom was wonderful. They were proactively responding to our queries and were resolving it within record times. I would highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the checks cleared were immediately updated in the dashboard, it would be easy for us to check and make further changes accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has a great team to work with on HIPAA compliance. I worked with Mr. Sai, and he was very helpful during the onboarding process. I'm excited to work with them on other compliance projects in the near future.

Since our business involues in PHI, we wanted to ensure that our orginazation is HIPPA complaint, Sprinto helped us on theSince our business involves PHI, we wanted to ensure that our organization is HIPAA compliant. Sprinto helped us through the entire process, from assessment to implementation, ensuring we meet all necessary standards.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very clear, everything is a couple of clicks away, and the sessions were very helpful in speeding up the process. The knowledge of our account manager about the product was very high skilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I cannot name any. It did exactly what it promised.

It takes away the hassle of a ISO27001 certification and offers a great monitor feature for us to stay compliant for both ISO and GDPR.
