Simple and easy to use- even for a beginner
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the UI and UX work so smoothly for any new person in the team plus the features are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now as it has worked well for me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to keep a track of how compliant everyone is with all company policies and helps to get these things done quickly if not done yet by employees.
Sprinto saved a lot of time and support was excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and there is a lot of automation that checks the status of technical and non-technical compliance. The support we had from staff was excellent. It was very quick to implement. It quickly became our go to place for tracking and making progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things cannot be done in the basic plan which we were not aware of but the support team were very accomodating and helped up without having to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our compliance audit. It has saved a lot of time and we passed our audit first time. The quality of support is very reassuring.
SOC2 Type 2
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto stands out for its ease of integration with all the necessary tools, which significantly simplified the compliance process. Having a dedicated support person to assist us through every step, from integration to the final audit, was incredibly helpful. Their customer support team is always available and responsive, which provided us with peace of mind throughout the journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in the scoping model. Currently, the scoping feature is somewhat basic. It would be highly beneficial if Sprinto allowed multi-select options to mark multiple items as in-scope or out-of-scope at once. This would improve the flexibility and usability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has proven to be an all-in-one solution for obtaining our SOC2 Compliance Report. It has seamlessly guided us through the entire process, from ensuring our tools, people, and processes are compliant to helping us find an auditor and assisting in the audit process itself. This comprehensive approach has saved us significant time and effort, particularly in translating SOC2 controls into actionable tasks and ultimately receiving the SOC2 Report.

What do you like best about the product?
The price is very competitive, they are attentive and their software is straight to the point making compliance a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, genuinely a great option and I wouldn't see why to use a competitor for our pre-seed company's SOC2 process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very clear what is needed to achieve SOC2 and guides you through it, minimizing the effort required from your end.

Great customer service and easy to use platform. Had check-in calls with Rahul 2-3 times a week and systematically worked through each module together. He explained exactly what was required at each step. Really enjoyed working with him.

No dislikes about the tool. The only thing I wish for is dark mode.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto has been a valuable tool for streamlining our compliance efforts, and we appreciate the platform's robust features and helpful support. However, we've found the cost to be a significant factor, especially for smaller businesses. Additionally, the renewal options lack the flexibility we need to adapt to our evolving budget and compliance needs. While the platform itself is excellent, we hope Sprinto will consider offering more cost-effective packages and more adaptable renewal terms in the future.
