There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about Sprinto! The platform is seamless, efficient, and user-friendly. Their team, especially Shruti, is incredibly supportive, making compliance a breeze.

Assists in easy management and tracking of compliances Automated mail triggers are very helpful to keep the tasks up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the tasks triggered are very frequent . Tasks once completed are triggered in very short time gap .Better if the same is rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently utilized Sprinto for our SOC 2 compliance journey, and the experience was exceptional. The platform is robust, user-friendly, and highly intuitive thus allowing our team to track and manage compliance tasks without a steep learning curve. Thanks to its seamless integrations with external tools, we stayed on top of our progress every step of the way.

Kartik Jain(Sr. Technical account manager) and Ashutosh Maharana (Customer success manager) were responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our journey stayed on schedule. Thanks to their guidance and the platform’s streamlined approach, we obtained our SOC 2 Type 1 report in record time. Not only did they address our compliance needs internally, but they also worked directly with our SOC 2 auditors, streamlining communication and ensuring our certification process stayed on schedule. Overall, Sprinto proved to be a reliable, efficient, and invaluable partner for our compliance needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
the Vendors quoting process, it would be great that sprinto added intro their process, to introduce the costumer to one of the audit vendors if they choose to do it.
Some of the vendors are unresponsive when approached directly, Shruti helped us forcing the introduction to a couple, and after that we were able to Quote our Soc 2 and Hipaa audits.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting all the requisites for certification in a comprehensive way and guiding the company thorough the process.
Great support to achieve our certification in a short period of time
What do you like best about the product?
We have received great support to certify for ISO 27001 and to make it happen within 1 month. For our business Sprinto is fit for purpose considering the templates and automations available. It will definitely help us to stay compliant going forward and to be embedded into our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few challenges with automated interfaces which took quite some time to be fixed. This being the only improvement item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to automate some of our operational processes and has the ability to store all evidences in one place. Additionally, we have a good oversight if our controls are effective and hence we are compliant or need to trigger additional actions.
Effortless SOC2 Compliance with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Sprinto has been great in achieving SOC2 Type-II audit compliance. It has a very user-friendly interface which is easy to use. Sprinto has an amazing team of experts who help you with initial setup to final certification and guide you in maintaining the required process. Our account manager Shivang was a great help in this journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. We never faced any major issues. Sprinto team is always ready to help. So far so good.

We’ve been using Sprinto for our SOC certification process, and what we appreciate most about the platform is how streamlined and efficient it makes the entire compliance journey. Sprinto’s user-friendly interface and automated workflows and integrations really help reduce the time and effort required to manage and complete the certification process. It simplifies complex tasks, organizes documentation, and provides real-time tracking of progress, ensuring that we stay on top of every requirement.

His expertise and responsiveness made a significant difference in ensuring a smooth and successful certification. While Sprinto has been incredibly helpful, there are a few areas where we feel the platform could benefit from more customization options to better suit unique workflows. However, the overall experience has been very positive, and we’ve seen great value from the platform.

By automating workflows, organizing documentation, and providing real-time tracking, Sprinto helps us stay on top of requirements and significantly reduces manual effort. There was a minor intergration hichup with our SCR and CI tool but it got eventually fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto provides the platform that visually illustrates any gaps for the complience and shows steps on how to fix those gaps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
