Smooth Soc2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Their onboarding was quite smooth and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs. At times it would show a fix that I would need to take care of, while I have already fixed it.

Best security compliance provider - Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
We highly recommend Sprinto for anyone pursuing SOC2 compliance. Their platform is incredibly easy to use and set up. It provides all the necessary information in one centralized place. We got in touch with them when we decided to kickstart our SOC2 compliance journey, and the team helped us streamline the overall process, especially our account manager, Mr. Shivang, who became our go-to person.
With the help of Sprinto, we have cleaned up our AWS and removed unused applications/tools, which ultimately helped save costs.
An additional benefit of using Sprinto is that they enhanced our security by securing our laptops and providing comprehensive training to all our employees proactively. This has helped us maintain strong awareness of security compliance across the team.
Overall, we are thoroughly enjoying our partnership with Sprinto for compliance. It has allowed us to focus on our core business and objectives without compromising on security.

Easy to use, with good customer support. We've been able to automate alot of our compliance work with Sprinto.

Nothing in particular. The UI is getting updated which I'm looking forward to.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto onboarding experience with the user friendly UX made it very easy for the team to get started with the software and thanks to Shivang, Arjun and the Sprinto team for making it easy to achieve the soc2 compliance that too in cost efficient way.

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about Sprinto—it’s a well-rounded platform with exceptional support and seamless functionality.

The platform has eliminated the need for extensive manual tracking of compliance tasks, making the process smoother and more efficient.

Sprinto helps to automate most of the evidence collection and have great help articles. Their customer support team is great and the account managers Shivang and Arjun have always been available to help us on short notice.

Part of the evidence collection is manual and steps to collect are hard to understand.

Sprinto helps us gather and submit evidence to security auditors. We even got connected to the auditors via them for ISO and SOC2.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprinto platform was missing integrations with a few specific tools our company relies on. This isn't a deal-breaker, but it did mean some manual work or workarounds were necessary. However, the support team informed me that these integrations are in development and will be released as soon as possible.

Sprinto solved the problem of being able to easily manage and implement security compliance practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and support to achieve certifiaction and learning about ISO 27001 to improve our security

I honestly cant think of any downside to Sprinto

It has taken us from knowing very little about ISO 27001 compliance, to having a very good working knowledge of the elements we need to have in our business for best practice security.
Amazing product to automate your Security & Certifications journey
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the whole onboarding experience and the journey there after for our Soc2 Type2, GDPR certifications journey. Sprinto has build a great self-serve dashboard to track and manage everything easy.
They have been extending the capabilties of the product regulary in terms of additional frameworks, external tool integrations, alerts which has been super helpful in staying on top of the security tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think off. Everything has been really good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto we were trying get through our Soc2 journey in traditional ways (e.g excel sheet based framework list, manual collection of evidences, setting of alerts of periodic tasks etc) but it took us more than 1 year to not reach quite far. Sprinto make the whole Soc2 (and later GDPR) setup, monitoring,alerting,evidence collection and audit tracking process easy and automated through their tool. Once I have onboarded I don't have to worry about remembering when to perform a particular review, when to collect evidence etc. There dashboard and email alerts take care of this and help us stay compliant always which is a huge requirement for Soc2 Type2.
