What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for Sprinto is compliance automation and continuous monitoring for our security frameworks.
Recently, we were preparing for a compliance audit and needed to collect evidence from AWS, IAM systems, and endpoint security tools. Sprinto automatically gathers most of the required evidence from all systems and continuously monitors controls, helping to reduce the manual work required from multiple teams.
We use Sprinto regularly to monitor compliance posture, track control failures, review security alerts, and ensure that our cloud infrastructure remains aligned with compliance requirements.
What is most valuable?
The best features Sprinto offers are automated evidence collection, continuous compliance monitoring, and cloud security posture visibility, and it can be easily integrated with AWS and our SaaS platform.
Automated evidence collection has made the biggest difference for our team. Before Sprinto, gathering audit evidence required significant coordination from multiple teams. Now most of the evidence is collected automatically.
Sprinto has impacted our organization very positively by streamlining compliance management, reducing audit preparation effort, improving visibility into our security controls, and ensuring ongoing compliance rather than treating audits as a one-time project.
What needs improvement?
More customizable compliance reports could be improved in Sprinto, and additional integration with security and DevOps tools could be added. More advanced automated remediation recommendations could also be implemented through AI agents.
Sprinto is quite mature, but deeper integrations and smarter recommendations could further reduce manual compliance work.

We have been using Sprinto for approximately one and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sprinto is very stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Sprinto's scalability is very good. As our infrastructure and compliance requirements have grown, it has scaled without introducing additional operational complexity.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive through the onboarding and audit lifecycles.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We have not used any different solution before Sprinto, as we primarily relied on spreadsheets, manual evidence collection, and internal tracking processes.
How was the initial setup?
The onboarding process was straightforward, and the pricing was reasonable considering the time savings and reduction in audit effort it provides.
What about the implementation team?
We purchased Sprinto directly from Sprinto.
What was our ROI?
The biggest ROI comes from reducing audit preparation time, less manual compliance work, and a lower operational burden on engineering teams.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We evaluated the Vanta platform before choosing Sprinto.
What other advice do I have?
Sprinto is very good, and every organization can use it. Some customization could be made that would be more useful, along with additional integrations. More advanced automated remediation could also be provided through AI agents.
Sprinto focuses heavily on compliance and security, making governance one of its strengths, and the platform provides strong visibility into controls ownership and compliance requirements.
The monitoring and compliance insights are generally accurate and reliable. We find Sprinto dependable for identifying compliance gaps and tracking control status.
I would advise others looking into using Sprinto to connect all major systems early, assign clear control owners, and leverage continuous monitoring instead of treating compliance as a periodic activity. The more integrations you configure, the more value you will get from the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We completed our SOC 2 Type 1 audit in a very short timeframe, and Sprinto made that possible. The platform is intuitive, comprehensive, and well-structured — it's clear it was built by people who understand how compliance actually works in practice, not just in theory.
But what really stood out was the support. Shruti guided us through the entire process with a level of dedication I rarely see in onboarding or post-sales. She was always available, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get to the finish line.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations didn't work out of the box — specifically the Microsoft 365 and Dr. Sprinto integrations required manual workarounds to get the evidence recognized correctly. Not a dealbreaker, but it added some friction in an otherwise smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an early-stage B2B SaaS company, getting SOC 2 certified felt like a heavy lift — complex, time-consuming, and hard to navigate without a dedicated compliance team. Sprinto solved exactly that. It gave us a structured path, clear visibility into what was done and what wasn't, and a way to manage the entire process without needing to hire a compliance specialist. The result: we closed Type 1 faster than expected and can now use it as a commercial asset when talking to enterprise prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
So it mostly helped us in reducing manual follow-ups and streamlining documentation and if we talk from a compliance perspective, it helped in keeping continuous audit readiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform feels a bit rigid beyond standard workflows , although it works well for standard SOC 2 / ISO workflows, but becomes less flexible when we want , custom workflows and are looking for unique approval chains.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is great for determining requirements and tracking compliance and overall status. It’s non-intrusive and very easy to use. Our rep, Shivang, is easy to work with and exceptionally responsive, which has made the process smoother.

It saves a lot of manual work and self-research. It provides all the information I need, keeps everything stored in one place, and is super helpful when it comes to passing audits.
