What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance much more manageable by breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps. The platform is easy to use, well structured, and saves a lot of time during implementation and audits. The integrations and ongoing monitoring are especially helpful.
Additionally, the support has been excellent. Joe Aksharan, our Technical Account Manager, has been great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us move forward.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced frameworks and edge cases could benefit from a bit more flexibility and clearer guidance out of the box, but the team is always responsive when questions come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us centralize and automate our compliance efforts, reducing manual work and uncertainty around security and cloud compliance. It has significantly lowered the operational overhead of preparing for audits and staying compliant as we scale.

Everything is centralized in one place, from tracking controls and deadlines to organizing documents and assigning responsibilities, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools or spreadsheets. The automation features, like reminders for audits and recurring tasks, are a huge time-saver and give me peace of mind that nothing will slip through the cracks. The dashboards and reporting tools are incredibly helpful, giving a clear, real-time view of our compliance status, making it easy to update my team or external auditors. Additionally, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes even complex compliance workflows feel manageable. This combination of organization, automation, and clarity makes Sprinto such a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really value what Sprinto offers, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved. At times, navigating through certain sections can feel a little overwhelming, especially when managing large amounts of documentation or multiple compliance frameworks at once. I’ve also noticed that customizing reports or dashboards to fit very specific internal workflows can be a bit limited, which sometimes means extra time spent manually adjusting or cross-checking data. The notifications and alerts are useful, but having more control over how and when they trigger for different team members would make them even more effective. Additionally, while the platform is generally intuitive, some of the advanced features could use clearer guidance or step-by-step tutorials to help new users get up to speed faster. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them could make Sprinto even smoother, more efficient, and better suited to the way our team works.

What I dislike about Sprinto is that smaller teams may find the initial setup a bit overwhelming, especially if they don’t have prior compliance experience. Some integrations with niche or legacy systems can feel less seamless compared to mainstream tools. The pricing can also be on the higher side, which makes it harder for very small businesses to justify. Customization options in workflows and dashboards are limited, leaving certain unique processes less flexible. Lastly, occasional minor glitches or syncing delays remind you it’s still a growing platform.

It also tackles the complexity of integrating compliance across multiple tools—by connecting seamlessly with our cloud providers, HR systems, and ticketing platforms, Sprinto saves hours of repetitive work. The benefit for me is huge: I can use it 12–13 times a day without feeling drained, because the workflows are automated and easy to follow. Ultimately, Sprinto transforms compliance from a burden into a daily advantage, helping me stay audit-ready while freeing up time to focus on growth.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Sprinto was how it made policy management simple and efficient. It allowed us to store policies securely, provide view-only access to company memebers, and receive timely alerts when policy expiry dates were approaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Sprinto is the lack of an in-built approval hierarchy for policy approvals. Approvals had to be managed manually through email, and only then could the policies be uploaded, which made the process less efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprinto for helping us eliminate manual compliance work and centralizing evidence collection. It tracks controls in real time and reduces audit preparation time while keeping us continuously compliant. I found Ritik to be really helpful, making the compliance process smooth and efficient. When Ritik stepped in, our audit engagement and completion happened quickly, which impressed me.

Sometimes Sprinto doesn't identify my PC, even though it's the same PC I always use. This causes a delay in accessing my device.

I like Sprinto's reminder feature, which helps me in reminding to those leads of reaching and taking follow-up on time, so nothing gets missed. I also like the alarm feature and Sprinto's custom collection and management capabilities.

The interface is highly user-friendly, allowing for a short learning curve and easy regular use. Furthermore, the support team has been outstanding. We would like to specifically mention Ritik, our implementation engineer, who went above and beyond to assist us, even on weekends.

The evidence collection process sometimes takes longer than expected. Aside from this, we have not encountered any other issues.

Sprinto consolidates SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements into one unified platform, eliminating duplication and reducing confusion. Its automated evidence collection, tracking, and workflow features greatly decrease the effort needed for compliance. Achieving SOC 2 and ISO 27001 simultaneously is usually a fragmented, manual, and time-consuming process, but Sprinto streamlines this work for us.
